The assistant was a dog, no big deal. It happens. If you turn the tables, people can be pretty horrible to sales assistants for no reason too. We've all had a bad day and snapped, but didn't mean to.

I always eat too many Millie's cookies and I always feel really sick, so I only eat there a few times a year.

An update.

Last week recieved nice letter form millies and a little card to hand in for a complimentary box of 18 cookies.!! how nice is that?

not very at the moment as just recovering from bad stomach bug, but they can wait. Just thought youd like to know. xx

Good for you! glad they acknowledged your complaint - be interesting to see if she acts the same if you visited the shop again!

the voucher is a nice bonus too - waiting for the trolls to come back and call you names for getting it though :rotfl:
