Quick update as I'm knackered. Sorry I haven't read all posts, normal level of attentiveness will resume tomorrow.

Busy day - up at 5.30 so went for a run, then work, got a new puppy, then working whilst attempting to supervise puppy with existing pets.
SFD as the puppy was free!!! :) and they have me a few days food to start him off :)

Check in for day 2 - unfortunately selling a book on amazon will mean a spendy day today as I take it to the post office, but on the bright side the money will go straight into the overdraft. Yesterday's SFD got knobbled by a collection at work that I'd completely forgotten about, but thursday and friday I'm determined will be one and two!

Lists, since I didn't include them yesterday:
    SFDs- 0/15
    Exercise- 0
TV- Don't have one! So this solves that issue... but I'm going to aim for no more than one DVD episode/ iplayer programme per day instead.
Groceries- £60 to end July (so halfway through my pay month, £120 altogether)
Outings- 1 planned for 18th July, going on holiday 25th-31st, but in a caravan with family so free.
Proud to be debt free September 2014. :j

No SFD yesterday due to unexpected ice-cream :o It was really hot and I thought "why not?" Not very frugal. I got my exercise done and worked some of it off though.

Nothing much planned for today apart from a trip to the cinema, but that's free due to my cinema pass.

Sorry to hear the sad news, much love to all.

    Morning all

It's hump day:D. It is really quiet in work which I hate because it makes my day drag.

Yesterday I found £25 of M&S vouchers. I was looking for a some paperwork which I keep in a big file thing. I took everything out of it as it needed a tidy and I found paperwork to do with a work saving scheme and there was a card which didn't looked opened. I joined this scheme 7 years ago so I'm hoping the vouchers are still valid.

Good morning, today will be another spend day. Did a big shop yesterday for the first time in ages (usually just bought for a couple of days recently) and forgot bread and my hayfever meds. But heyho, I need to learn these things again.

Went for a run yesterday. Day one of the c25k and it felt great, even just having some me time.

Also started logging my calorie intake with a free app. Since going on the depo injection I can't shift any weight. So it's either sneaky calories or the depo. We'll see.

Will do my proper numbers and signature etc later.

    Good morning!!!

Dang! I fell asleep last night and thought I'll just sneak on with yesterday's check in this morning... but alas - early birds already on here haha!!

Anyhow - yesterday was a great day... 01st July. New month... Fresh start... The sun was shining, and I was noticing all the amazing stuff between my house and work. Was great!!! Work was busy and challenging at times... but at the end of the day I said thanks for it all for helping me grow and learn and stretch my own boundaries.

Not a SFD and today won't be either as it's a friend's Birthday and we're going to the beach for a treat. Can't wait.

In a moment of willpower the other day I cut up my credit card so at least I can't go into shops and use it now.... what money I have I have to manage!!! Due to my over spending last month - I've forced myself to slash this month's budget... I really am going to have to go back to basics!!!

Have an amazing day everyone!!! :)

Day 2: Because of the restricted TV rule I have started crocheting a unicorn for my niece's birthday, so far I have an arm, an ear and the horn! I can't wait to see the finished thing.

Today I have spent £19.49 at Mr T but that got me dinner for 3 days, cereal, cooking oil and popping corn when I include the bits I already have in stock. I did buy an extra lime that was unnecessary (I forgot the one in the fridge).

We're having Ham and egg salad today, slow cooker chilli with brown rice and cornbread tomorrow and honey and lime chicken, brown rice and broccoli on Friday. Yum!

I completely forgot I was meeting a friend today for coffee so have added 1 outing, at the most it will cost me £10 but possibly will be free.
My first SFD will have to be Saturday, and then Sunday too as I have to do a massive food shop on Friday which I wouldn't normally do. But it should mean I can avoid spending anything for most of next week!

I walked to and from Mr T and carried all my shopping back plus I am walking to and from town later so I am counting that as my exercise, plus it's really hot and stupidly I am wearing a jumper.

Hope everyone has a great day x

    Hi all.

Thrifty - the depo injection in well known for causing weight issues.

homemademama - get that jumper off and enjoy the sun on your skin. It is glorious here today, hope it lasts.

I have been on a 16 mile bike ride this morning, was planning on longer but bumped into some friends and took their route home instead. DH came too as he is off work today.

DD has her guitar exam after school today and as a treat and due to time constraints with getting DS to cubs we have promised them a Mc'Ds on the way home, just for them though, me and DH have homemade chilli in the fridge. Other than that we have no plans to part with any money.
