    Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

    A quick message for Pastures. My little TV in the bedroom which has the same aerial as yours has been sending me messages for the last few days saying it needs a retune from today. Just did it, all of a sudden I can get all of the channels and the signal is brilliant. Wondered if you had seen a similar message.
