Lovely picture, I love watching the interaction between siblings.
Do you still call him Kermie in RL?
We only call him Kermie. I took him to the health clinic last week, and when they called "Daniel!" I didn't pay any attention. Until they tried again with "Daniel <surname!>" and I noticed that....
My Mum's been calling him "Daniel" all day in a slightly pointed fashion, and my Dad calls him "BABY!"...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I see no problem with kermie. ( shrugs) people have nicknames all the time. I know people 'called' all sorts of things they aren't officially called.0 -

We had a nickname for DS1, we only stopped using it when someone reminded us that they catch on to their names fairly quickly.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Morning Spirit - don't try to reply to this .... as it's not 'worth' the effort
We know you'll be reading and hope it brings a smile to your morning that our first waking thought is of you.
I hope your NHS breakfast is as good as it can be - and that you at least try some of it (unless it's porridge, nobody should be forced to eat a spoon of porridge).

Well said Pastures.
Let's raise a (slice of hospital) toast to Spirit that she's on the mend and in her own home again soon. Morning Spirit. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Youngest answers to Bo Bo......or Bodie..or BodieleelouWe made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
