OH has 'O' level Russian. Taught because those were the text books unused in that year.

Hasn't had occasion to use it in years. Then the lifeguards at the pool in the other place only speak Russian and suddenly he remembers a lot of stuff and can hold a limited conversation, though he can't understand the replies.

Although his vocab is limited he must be reasonably good at languages, when he attempts a foreign language he always gets replies in that language. He has a basic smattering of french, hebrew and russian.
Joke is that some of the Americans he meets struggle with his northern english accent.

I'll post a pic later. You know, I really dislike that plumber now if its what it looks like. And , er, all things in bathrooms should definitely have access panels, however obscure you think they might be.

So young, beautiful and disliked. :(

You and he must both speak at least religious Hebrew, silver?
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

    Oh, not him, he's lovely.

The other one. Who is also not a bad person. Like I said once before, I hope my plumbers do as good a plumbing job on their own houses as they have on mine. And have similar results.

Yes but understanding is limited. Also there isn't much that is useful conversationally. It is really useful that I can read the alphabet, so street signs and shop names are not a problem. Major road signs are usually displayed in hebrew, arabic, russian and english.

Shame. Especially as the other side seems to be a cupboard, so having that panel as a matching cupboard would have been better.

Oh no! No other way? We once had a load of bathroom tiles ripped off the wall to find an offending pipe, it would have been much easier to access from the wall papered opposite side of the thin wall.

Not tiles, through the panelling. Which was repaired on Monday.

Where was the leak coming from?

That panelling damage is more of a problem than the last.

Yep, I'll wing an email later. But not your team's fault. Right in the middle, no way round damage.

Btw I got message from P doozer wanted to help tonight. Nope, not necessary. Besides which, nothing He CAN do while everything is sodden. Let's see what happens as it dries.

( if I were to hit that ceiling gently to encourage it down now what would be best, while its wet or dry? )
