That's one example where it's not worth it.
As I've never EVEN been to Calais to have cake/tea ... and could manage that with my school French of nearly 40 years ago ... there's no need for me to ever learn a furren language.

I never mix with, and don't know, any furreners either.

I never thought to search "decrapifier"; if only I had known it was a word. Now the kids have got so much crap on their machines, if I ran decrapifier they would moan that they had lost crucial crap.

It would not occur to me to even open anyone else's machine. They are 'personal' goods here, no matter where they are left lying about. Oh, except mine, which the others will ask and then use on occasions.

So 'decrapifying' is an activity that can only be done by the owner, hence OH could install Microsoft (because I was whinging) but I had to unpin the unwanted apps (sorry -charms).

The beautiful young plumber has just arrived now and is about to go into secret dwarf room. He was involved in heating install, and knows bathroom pipework run, so not much messing about hopefully.

    It's not good news........

Still, bathroom looked good for a while.......

I've always managed to pick languages up quite easily, )

My family say that I speak fluent international.

We have a terrible family story of a disasterous dinner in France where I helped us to the wine belonging to another table.

After I had mangled a 'je suis desolate" conversation with the maitre'd OH took over and began (in French) "my woman" (should have been "my wife").

Our then teen daughter had her head in her hands laughing "I want to be adopted"

She is avoiding using undergrad languages. Her talent is linguistics and from her understanding of etymological stuff means she can understand most romance languages.

    Got it in one PN.

If you know it is overpriced and are not reducing it, then it seems unreasonable to inflict pointless viewings on your tenant, as you are not serious about selling.

How would you like DW and DKs to be treated?

(I did not include you as you treat you worse than you wish for them so I did not think that a high enough standard)

One of DS2's units this year was linguistic psychology, he said he was one of the few students to find it fascinating.

Oh no! No other way? We once had a load of bathroom tiles ripped off the wall to find an offending pipe, it would have been much easier to access from the wall papered opposite side of the thin wall.

I'll post a pic later. You know, I really dislike that plumber now if its what it looks like. And , er, all things in bathrooms should definitely have access panels, however obscure you think they might be.
