If supermarkets are losing so much money on home deliveries... how come every time, without fail, I go to Mr S they do a till spit offering me £20 off my first £60 shop? Can't they tell by my bills I NEVER spend £60 to start with .... and don't they realise they're inviting me to force them to lose money?0

There is a whole list of 'MI' numbers here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Directorate_of_Military_Intelligence0

How exciting! Please let us know the outcome. Did he play Take 5 on tenor? I'm still trying to imagine that.
No, because no one requested it! Lol. Only one person made a request at all in fact.
Well, not quite true, there was this odd conversation.
Woman: the previous organist used to play half an hours jazz each week when in , and my husband would come in from mowing the grass and listen, and I'd stop flower arranging it was fabulous, every one misses jazz organ.
Lir: fir is that something we could sort out?
Fir: well actually yes, pianist here tonight is actually a first rate organist. ( as fir goes on it becomes clear pianist is, revelation to me, probably better known as organist that pianist!) so if you wanted we could.....
Woman: oh no, we CANNOT touch the organ. Its incredibly complicated and difficult.
Pianist had already been looking at it lustfully and reckoned he'd worked it out.
I'll let you know what happens with the sax. Probably nothing too exciting. But its a beautiful instrument and DH loves it.
I've got a picture of someone I promised to send on froma 'fan' on Friday, but if cannot make head nor tale of the website to work out how to send it on.. Wish they'd just given me an email address.

Yes. I went, young silp of a wide-eyed girl turned up .... and said "thank you" - and I said "Thought I'd be going through it with you" and she said "No". So I left. It was clear (even to me without body language skills) that it was definitely a "Give me keys and leave me to it" situation.
It wasn't long ago, so still waiting.... probably won't hear for 2-3 weeks.0 -

You could type the website url into https://www.who.is and then scroll down to the admin information - there's an email there. It might be the hosting company's generic email, or the individual's. Once you see it you'll be able to tell probably if it's an email address of a person, or a generic website admin contact email.
There are four email entries in the listing, abuse, registrant, admin and tech. Registrant might look like a real name.0 -

Hmmm... not very easy to discuss things if you're not allowed to walk round together! Hope you get top marks0 -

We'll see.... just glad to be out of there, almost "at any cost". It really got me down and it wasn't until I got away that I realised how small/dark it'd made my world become.
Here I will try to do at least "one little job" each day, no matter how small (hopefully bigger though) that gets everything sorted out and like a proper home (finally). I've not had a sense of having a "proper home" since about 1997, since then stuff's been boxed/in storage, I've been moving around ... and always waiting, waiting, waiting, for some magical day when I could unpack everything and find a little place for it - and always be able to lay my hands on anything instantly as everything's in its little place
Having said that, today I did nothing significant .... phone/broadband connected, but that wasn't "me", so doesn't count
I did clean the patio doors ... but that doesn't count as that's "day to day stuff".... and doesn't move forward my unpacking ... and those drawers still aren't built0 -

You need to re-assess what counts!
You put in a great deal of effort getting connected. It paid off today.
I haven't cleaned the patio doors since I've been here. Therefore that doesn't count as 'day to day'
There will be 'more stuff' that needs doing for plenty enough time, take the victories where you can
And yes, I'm also just glad you're out of the old place. I think you deserve all your deposit back though to feather your new, brighter and generally better nest though0 -
Nikkster. I owe you a "good seaside weekend" for the physical effort you put in the other weekend, especially at that nasty old place I had
What you did for me that weekend, mentally, can never be thanked enough. But ... I've set it as part of my goal that you can only cash in your Free Weekend Voucher once I've got this place knocked into more of a "regular house" and not the hotch potch of unfinished jobs and boxes it was when you were here before
While glamping's OK .... it's not ideal is it. Not sure I'll ever be able to extend the offer of a bed in that room though, but hey, can't have everything!
THANKS again for everything you did that weekend, you worked like 47 trojans! And STILL smiled and said "loving it, don't mind .... enjoying this" .... mental0
