I read this on my way to have my nails done. My lady is mobile and has more colurs than any salon I've ever seen. I'm not joking when I say she must have 200 colours.

Anyway, she uses Gelish and has a lovely conker colour with a slight shimmer. :). I have dayglo pink fingers and toes today.

I understood the first sentence, but the rest of it seems to be written in some sort of code.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I do. Nearly six weeks of awesome do-nothing :D. You can even cut your nails with it on.

I think the correct answer is 'they look lovely, that colour really suits you'

    :)

My toenails are still gladioli-coloured. Even though the galdioli went in the bin yesterday. I've just cut my fingernails right back as one was starting to split. And obviously it'll help me type quicker (or it would do if my typing speed was what was slowing me down rather than my thinking speed/ me using my hands to shovel food into my mouth rather than typing). On which note, I put my Big Girl Pants on today and sent my the first chapter of my 2nd draft to my supervisor. I've made a (very slight) start on the next chapter too.

I used to hate DH snoring and , um, trained him not too. :o. Now I've started :o:o and he won't return the favour because he thinks its 'sweet' That said on the very rare occasion DH snores now I do kinda like it but I think that's entering the world of sickeningly lovey dovey.

When things were bad, it was quite reassuring to hear a bit of snoring a) because it meant he was asleep and b) he was still breathing

Before that, snoring = jab in the ribs :o

It's ok, some one tried to kidnap me once I thought about it and realised that as no sylph sitting down was my best defence. :o

DH teaches self defence. If you are being attacked in a public place, then apparently making yourself a hard to move dead-weight (so to speak) is apparently much preferable to being dragged on your feet into a dark alley, so good call.
Fir has been asked to send pictures of one of his horns ( he plays mainly vintage instruments) to help with someone's research. This one is a really special one as its the oldest one he has. Its actually an Adolphe Sax Sax!

How exciting! Please let us know the outcome. Did he play Take 5 on tenor? I'm still trying to imagine that.
