If any of the NPs are concerned, further info available online, suggestions such as not going out in midday Sun, keeping curtains closed etc. It looks as though it will be overnight as well.
Perhaps if anyone is worried we can do a virtual check in on here and make sure everyone is ok.
The old what used to be normal weather is now something the govt needs to protect us from (along with all LIRs signs). This got me to thinking, within our life times computers will be cleverer than people, will we all let computers make our decisions for us then as they will be better at it than us and we are becoming more and more used to acting as children doing what the govt advises us is best?
Cake looked at least as good as I would manage, didn't see the hair but bet it also looked fabulousWho were you in the sound of music LIR?

Not quite enough room currently. The poster framed is just oer 60x90cm.vivatifosi wrote: »The ad that's doing my head in at the moment is the new Colgate one. It's an advert for toothpaste, yet there's no toothpaste on their brushes and their brushes don't appear to make contact with their teeth. Very odd.
Nuclear bomb belongs in music room imo. It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -

I did think that, however, that room already has 1 lemon jelly picture up. It will also have the day/night lithograph, and also has a photo of Molineux already on the wall. With all the records & cd's, the bomb poster might be a little too much, hence the deliberations.
Bedroom. Tell any impressed conquests.....they made more of an impact than.......
Tell any huffy ones...coulda been worse, and point.0 -

It charges up in daylight, then you flick the switch to "on" and when it gets dark enough they turn on.
They look lovely
Fabulous. I'm really pleased you like them tooI need a very small quantity of stainless steel chicken netting, or something similar.
I have (quite literally) a shed load of chicken wire that I inherited when I moved in.
It's a shame you don't live that bit closer - you would be welcome to as much (or little) as you like.
(edited to add: I expect it is galvanized. Though you'd be able to have a load and replace as required!)lostinrates wrote: »Right now we have sign up advertising gig ( tickets still available nice peeps).

Does every sentence have to contain the word "like"? Now I have mentioned it you may notice it more. It was pointed out to me and then I overheard some young adults talking and they couldn't get a sentence out without it.lostinrates wrote: »It's disturbingly easy to pick up the 'like ' to. Belated congrats to generali! Excellent news. Thanks for sharing matey.
As others have said, a celebration or treat (or even both) is in order. It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
"I was like" means either "I thought" or "I said". Once you've got that bit, it all become much easier to understand.
I get the feeling that michaels understands perfectly well, he's just trying to break the habit!
So, my girthy courgette caused much hilarity in the office :rotfl:
I've just eaten it as part of my dinner. Delicious.0 -

It lived at my nans house for years, but she never put it up - too big for her. But I loved it (that, & a watercolour she had that my folks haven't been able to find yet).
Anyway, the poster would probably clash with the bomb picture too.
Liked the line of thinking though.
Wondering about putting it on the wall that faces you as you walk down the stairs IYSWIM. Could use the same arguement then LIR...:rotfl:It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
