    Vanished again, naughty me.

Yes it was great to save a good chunk of money thanks to INOD.:D

I've had a funny week off. I've not managed to get much done until today which has been named Parsnips day of change. I have done a lot of tidying and decluttering and can see a small difference. A lot to do though. I think it started when I realised all of the problems I have come down to procrastination and total disorganisation. Getting into debt, a house in a state, stress at work and much, much more. I'm also struggling to focus on my little business because of all this.

So today and tomorrow the house gets sorted as much as is physically possible. I should be going to work for training and I would earn extra as its not a contracted day for me but I have been thinking is a days wages worth more than being able to focus on what I want and need to do but can't due to the state of this place. I also have paperwork I need to do. I may be wrong. Perhaps getting a few more pounds to throw at debt may be better..........

Also its best to hit the house when I'm in the mood. I'm feeling very motivated just from the progress made today.

A quick visit to mums now then the craft room needs doing. Oh and also the ironing and the stairs need clearing..........

    Ahhhhhhh it never ends.

On the plus side money is looking more stable at the moment and I have ordered another Christmas present for the tiddler.

  • Hi p, don't worry about what's gone just focus on what today brings I would go on the training and then try and do a little area when you get back. Then two little itches are scratched.

Hope you've had a nice week off and well done on getting another little present.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

    Morning all.

I have been naughty and not gone to training. To be honest I have very little time for my employers at the moment. They have been treating people very poorly and I don't see why I should give them any of my free time. Anyway enough about them or I will get all wound up again.

Day of change part two ( including some small Christmas preps) :snow_laug

    Plan for today

Clean kitchen and bathroom. This is to be completed by 10.00 - I have already started. DONE
Tidy sitting room and clean stain from carpet. DONE
Ironing and put away washing DONE
    Clear stairs DONE
    Polish my bedroom DONE
Sort toys in tiddlers bedroom :eek::eek: STARTED...THIS WILL TAKE TIME
Continue with the big craft room project.
    Cook tea HALF DONE
    Visit charity shop.

Should keep me busy. Not much chance of restarting my C25k again today but I will try.

A soon to be pooped parsnip.

Yes and I've added to the list. I can see a difference though and it has lifted my spirits some. I think it was the best decision to stay here. I now feel a bit more on top of things.

    Hello chrysalis

I've not been on too much lately. Lots of new reports to get my head around at work. I feel like everything else has come to a standstill as they are taking over my life. Roll on when I break up in the next three weeks.

I definitely need to refocus on the debt repayment though.

I have been keeping up with your diary but had little time to comment.

  • It's been a while. It's a busy time just lately and I have been ignoring my diary.

I have been thinking lately how about this time last year I was planning to be best free. It's now a year later and I have some more debt. Why? Well I spent many (9) years on a DMP and although it got me out of a very, very large hole it took control out of my hands. Everything was worked out and done for me. I just had to pay every month. I think for ME it probably held my hand a bit too much.

This afternoon I plan to make the advent calendar for tomorrow the spend time planning my next financial year. I no longer have someone to do it all for me. TIME TO GROW UP I THINK.

Feeling very, very positive for the year ahead.

Right, sewing. Not done this for a little while.
