Thank you all, that's so sweet.

It's going to be a part time venture initially, probably for the first year unless it's takes off massively, then the day job would have to go. I have a meeting tomorrow about the legals and can go from there. Might as well just try as I'm probably half way through life. It's now or never.

One thing has changed us that my attitude towards money and debt has become a little more sensible, less erratic. I'm feeling nervous but calm.

I need to stay here though to keep me on the straight and narrow.

My attitude to money seems to have completely changed. I almost seem calm rather than having this absolute desperation to be debt free. Don't get me wrong I want to get rid of debt so much but I have been thinking through sensibly rather than making rash decisions.

I have been planning my budget for the next few months and also my debt repayments. I can see clearly when and how I'm going to get there.

Let's hope this attitude spreads to my diet and exercise ( :rotfl: ) routine before I become more of a roly poly.

    45 today

I've had a good morning. It's my birthday today and I have netted £140 AND IM GOING TO SPEND IT ALL ON ME. in the past it has paid bills, brought gas and electricity....you get the idea.

So Cl@rk's here I come for a lovely pair of winter boots which I know will last for a few years if looked after. I was going to go today but the small person is too busy with his phonics, the little swot.:rotfl:

Money is good. I seem to have a very sensible plan in place for the first time, one that can actually be followed and is not so restrictive that I give up.

It's nice being away from work too even though I have rucks of paperwork to do this week, all unpaid of course.

Right time to prepare tea then time in my sewing room.:j

Thank you chrysalis. The business plans and preps are coming along nicely.

Thanks INOD. I got the magazine and saved £20 off a £100 pair of boots. :j It's very frivolous but it was birthday money and they always last me four of five years if looked after.

I'm feeling a bit slobbish today and have struggled to focus on what needs to be done. Perhaps a day of rest is needed. Back to it tomorrow.
