I need to get some payments on here. The daily figures are jumping too quickly for my liking. I have just remembered that the garage money is still outstanding so I need to chase that up TODAY.

I have loads of paperwork to catch up on today but really want to do some major clearing out. I think I will spend 1 1/2 hours on each.

Hallelujah indeed. A lot of planning going on here at the moment. Actually off sick today. I feel absolutely dreadful. I'm going to have a sleep then try to catch up with some report writing. I need to go to work tomorrow so need to get well today.

    To be free by Christmas
    Days left 192
    Balance left £1512.11
Minimum daily amount needed to clear £7.87

If I'm aiming for my birthday it's the following figures
    Days left 131
    Balance left £1512.11
Minimum daily amount needed to clear £11.54

On a positive note I now have three Christmas presents. Just stocking fillers but its a start.

Also I downloaded memory girls budget planner again. Cash flow is where I go wrong and i found it useful earlier this year. With my new found determination and a spreadsheet in will be unstoppable.

Now sleep before my head fallen off.

Thanks supersaver. I still feel dreadful, its an ongoing thing. Need to get back on the health kick. Carrying extra weight and being totally unfit is not helping.

Minimum daily amount needed to clear £7.91

    Days left 130
    Balance left £1512.11
Minimum daily amount needed to clear £11.63

    Roll on payday.

I'm taking it easy today to try and shake off this bout of illness. I'm getting on my own nerves to be honest. Later I'm going to spend sometime doing an annual budget. I have done this previously but DS was around and its not easy and the figures have changed too since changing the car which is working out much more economical. I filled up at the start of the month and have done 418 miles so far with a projected 112 left. My old car used to cost the same to fill the tank but I only got approx 375 miles before needing to top up. Very pleased.

I want to get this money thing worked out properly and a grown up plan in place to keep me on track when I am debt free.

    Right daily bank account check.

Been a b!symorning of planning and budgeting. Sitting down and looking at things with an sensible head on I can live fine if I just keep a close eye on finances and don't get into trouble by trying to pay of too much. And I mean live, not just exsist.

Impatience is a problem and its something I need to deal with. I don't have the money to pay all the debts straight away so slow and steady isn he way to go.

I'm going to look this afternoon at what needs doing here to make things run as smoothly as possible. I do spend too much time getting into a tizz about this and perhaps a sensible plan of action is needed.

I do have a lot of stuff which I can use to improve my environment which will improve things hugely.

After this week I have two weeks before I break up for the summer holidays. I want to use this time to clear out as much as I can to clear the space, the air and my mind. The first week of the holiday in on my own. DH is at work and DS is at nursery for his final week for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If I can get things cleared out before then I can use this time to someone DIY and packing for the holiday.

I have a full list to work through so changes afoot.

On and I will spend time doing my thing and having some me time.
Bin bags at the ready and a calm attitude needed re money. I'm getting there and will have it paid off.

Hi Parsniphead. Sounds like you have a good plan. My decluttering is really starting to pay off. I like bin bags at the ready. For years I have organised my junk, now I'm selling, donating and throwing it. It's really working and I've almost beaten the urge to buy storage solutions. Wish I'd had that LBM earlier. Charity shops are my first port of call now, I've made a few bad buying decisions, but they've gone guilt-free back into the CS bag - although these days CSs also offer a 28 day return.

My budgeting seems to have stalled. I'm not sure why, think I'm a bit fed up with work, but I can't seem to motivate myself to meal plan properly or even cook. And the pounds still keep adding (on me and the od). Overall things are fine, I need a bit of a diet ((for body and money :rotfl:). My excuse is that kondoing has taken priority - apparently if you sort your home etc the rest will follow :) sounds promising :)

Good luck with your sorting, I'll follow your journey to keep me motivated too x

    Hurray, payday.:j

My first payments out today. I really want to go mad but have decided to be a bit more thoughtful and not leave myself short for the month due to overpaying debts quickly. I'm going to shop today for the month and also fill up the gas, electric and car. When I have an exact figure of what needs leaving in for dd's then I'm going to pay off some more. I donhave a loan which isn't included in these figures which will finish in November. I didn't include it as its a set amount and I want to focus on the cards. It will be gone before Christmas anyway.:j

I also need some spending money for my week in sunny mablethorpe in three weeks.

Right off to wash up and get the shopping list pared down. I have stuff in and don't want to double up.

    Evening diary.

On the hard stuff tonight (fizzy vimto).;)

I have had an updated noddle check through today and have risen up a few points. Don't get me wrong, I'm still down at poor, but slightly less poor than last month. Anyway I have decided to play a little game with myself and see how high I can get it by the end of the year. It's not important but a challenge. Couldn't get much worse anyway.

Busy day today. I have been to an event with the little one and paid for a few fair rides. He's a real thrill seeker and lover the little motorbikes on a track. Tonight I have ordered another Christmas present so that will be five done so far.

A bit of sorting was done first thing but nothing since as I have been out most of the day. But with the reports finished for work I can start to relax a little and get some stuff done here. I'm going to make a start tomorrow morning by getting the ironing out of the way. I also have some pictures to put up. It will help without them sitting on the table and I will be able to get the creative juices flowing on the sewing machine. I want a difference here by Tuesday return to work.

    Right bathime. Night night.
