Hello everyone! Sorry for not posting.
Well where do I start? London was amazing. I meet my friend and we didn't really do much. We didn't go shopping until the last in Camden. We were basically very relaxed. We stayed at a hostel that had a kitchen so we could make our own food. I think I paid for food once and that was lunch on the way back. The weather was hot, well it was compared to Scotland anyway
The downside was I hurt my foot on a chair with bare feet ouch
Last week we were looking at flats and we found one! Thankfully it is in the lower of our budget and there is plenty of space to entertain guest. We just need to complete the paperwork and pay the deposit. I also paid my Credit card off so in a few days I will be debt free !:T0 -
Good Morning! So it was the birthday weekend and the challenge starts here. Credit card has been cleared and that will get cancelled soon.
I am currently working on my strategy and if anyone has any tips that would be appreciated. This year will be a big saving year to get investments etc started.
I have had 3 NSD's this week so I think I can save a lot. :T0 -
I'm subscribing here as we seem to both be at the starting out, taking control stage.
I'm being nosey about your eb*ying as I'm on a purge as well and have a few bids on so far so hearing about everyone elses experience really spurs me on.
Good luck and I'll pop in and out to hear how your doing:)0 -

Hi everyone!
Well we have found a flat and paid our deposit. We move the end of August.
I also got my payslip today and not only did I get a bonus I got a pay rise :j It works out 2.5%!
I am also doing well with the not spending too! NSD yesterday and today. Last time I spent money was Sunday!0 -
So it is Payday today. It's been a hard July but all of my NSD's helped. So I have joined the NSD challenge as I think this month it was easy not spending.
One of the spanner in the works is my Dad is coming up this month so I will need to be careful.0 -

So we have started packing boxes and man do I have a lot of stuff! A clear out the other side is badly needed. We are hiring a van once we have our moving in date
:T
I managed to save £500 this month, with potential to save more if I am careful. I had planned to save £600 but Dad is coming to stay and it's the Fringe.0 -

I'll have a look in Sports Direct or Matalan
There's a TKMAxx at Hermiston Gait if that helps?
Following your diary, hopefully some of your enthusiasm will rub off lol.0
