No offence but I don't want white. I do use CCleaner anyway regularly and also run a registry cleaner and delete cookies too.

So why did you send me a link to White??

Just click on my link, choose your colour, buy it for £59.95 and stop making it more complicated than is necessary.

I didn't pick a particular colour to log in but selected blue as this is the only colour CPW do apparently and the price came up for "Orange", £59.95 + £10 Top-up".

Forget it anyway, thanks for your help but I will sort it out at the shop.

    Too much stress !

I've checked. The page works without problem. I was able to select all four colours, at £59.95

It seems that you just can't get your head around it.

It appears that you find it difficult to follow simple instructions. Close Browser, clear Cookies. Open Browser, click through my link in post #145, click on colour, choose Buy Now.
Take just a few seconds. No stress at all.

    Nifty,

I had already done that, I had to do it a few hours earlier in connection with a banking problem, I cleared all cookies and opened a new browser just before I replied to your post.

I am going into the shop as soon as my new sim arrives and will buy the Orange version and wait until the Top-up runs out, and then I will swap over to the T-Mobile sim. No probs ! :)

    Must be trolling.

Buying a £10 top-up that you don't want or need to buy is not money saving.

    Pathetic!

You obviously missed the whole thread ! The price of the mobile in CPW states "£59.95+ £10 Top-Up" . When I asked in the shop they said yes that was the price provided you take the £10 Top-Up. You suggesting they are lying ?

He hasn't missed the thread. He understands the issue entirely. It is you who is missing the point.

Have you clicked through my link in post #145 or not?

The problem here is that you are not following the instructions. You are doing them 'in a fashion' and diverting from what you are being told. So you are getting it wrong.

160 posts should tell you something.

    One more time....

If you are going into the shop to buy the version with a TopUp, buy T-Mobile.
If you are getting an Upgrade with Orange, you do not need to buy a TopUp.
I have provided you a direct link to the Upgrade for £59.95 in post #145.

Both espresso and I have produced pictorial proof that the Upgrade is £59.95 in total.

So clearly the issue is you not following the instructions.

I have given you exact instructions. Follow them exactingly and you will not have a problem.

Talk us through, step by step, what you are doing during the order, so that we can identify where you are diverting from the simple instructions.
    Believe me, they are simple.

Will I be able to get my credit transferred over from my old phone when i get the phone?
