    I may be younger but I'm no where near as wise yet! :) thank you! It is tough quitting I've tried so many times before, but I finally really want to stop this time.... It's something I wish I had never started because I never understood how hard it would be to break the habit!

    I need the money to pay off the debts and start saving, £200 a month is a lot to throw away!

    I have just read your diary from the beginning and you have done brilliantly.


    well done on the transfer of the card to 0% that will give you some breathing space.


    I agree with several comments above about getting an emergency fund as we never know when something is going to crop up (always at the worst time if you are anything like me) but that will give you comfort to know the money is there for it.


    keep up the good work and the diary, I'm off to subscribe but just wanted to wish you all the best for the challenges you have ahead.

  • When in London, why not hit on one of the cosmetics counters and get a make over pre your date. It may help you feel better.
