...remember - to continue to qualify for Interest on the account, you'll now need to register for Paperless Correspondence (even if you have already registered for Paperless Statements) as availability of same has now gone live!

Thanks to graham1 for mentioning on thread :

https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4988566

albeit, thought it best adding this separate post, as many folks have recently opened the new TSB Classic Plus account and knew there might eventually be need to register for paperless correspondence. Didn't want them to miss seeing graham1's post, as it is a general one for 3 banks in the group.

There are going to be some real moans on MSE if TSB doesn't pay interest because it hasn't had the good grace to notify customers that the paperless correspondence requirement has gone live. :(

I'm having some difficulty doing this, can anyone help? I've tried clickign the little envelope thing, and it says error - you must select one of your accounts to continue. So I click on one of my accounts, scroll down to the bottom where it says go paperless...and get the same error. What am i doing wrong?

Hopefully most folks will see the threads here and opt-in to the paperless correspondence well before the end of the month.

Did you click on 'your inbox' and then click on the last line of text at bottom of that page? It then opens up more text and boxes for you to tick accordingly.

Oops, was typing reply when you posted again. Glad you got it sorted. Yes, as I meant to say, it was the coloured text.
