Not at present. You could still go paperless though and help to save some trees :)

I find getting all these statements in the post annoying, it's like junk mail! I'm glad they make it so much easier to go paperless these days.

I am trying to turn the paperless on , but all I get is a little question mark box which it won't let me do anything with?

there's a bit below recent transactions where you can click go paperless and then view paperless panel or something like that... you can select which accounts you want to go paperless on (if you have multiple), it asks you to tick a box and put in your password to authorise

I've now updated all my Lloyds/BOS/Halifax/TSB accounts to totally paperless. Obviously this is a requirement for my TSB Classic Plus accounts to maintain the monthly interest! I had a confirmation email from each bank in my inbox except Lloyds. Interestingly that was diverted to my junk mail. Just wondering if that is some sort of "comment" on the upcoming interest rate reduction on my Classic Vantage accounts lol!

Sorry I don't understand, you've just posted a dupe of what the other thread says :S
Better title, specific to TSB, stresses importance. It's valid (as is this bump)

I thank the OP and the originator of the link.
I have very recently opened an account and had also not realised I had not gone fully paperless!! I have now!

Another note it seems that the passwords are not case sensitive. They really ought to be and allow non alpha characters for improved security. I'm going to send TSB a message and will post the response.

Yes indeed! We opened our ones back in April and had not realised the paperless bit would be in two stages.

Good thing we have internet access while on holiday.

Just to be clear butterflymum, I have recently been paid my interest and had already selected paperless statements. Does your post mean that I now have to change something else? I find all this banking stuff pretty confusing. Thanks in advance.
