Thanks for the info. All ticked now. Would never have known if not for this thread."It would be easier to find a packet of sliced hippopotamus in suitcase sauce" - Basil Fawlty0

Does the same need to be done for Halifax and Lloyds too?"It would be easier to find a packet of sliced hippopotamus in suitcase sauce" - Basil Fawlty0

I remember seeing the need for paperless correspondence on application, before it was available. Having said that, i’m sure it would have passed me by without a nudge now that it is available.
Glad the 'nudge' worked. Hopefully it works for others too, or that TSB alert them to the requirement now needing action.butterfly )i(0 -
i haven't been into this section of the forum for a few weeks so completely unaware of this until today. have just updated everything for our 4 accounts, once i found the somewhat hidden drop down section...0

Thanks to butterflymum and graham1 for alerting.
I think a lot of people would have missed this, if like me they just log in and out sorting out interest and moving money around. I do read terms and conditions but I would have expected to be alerted to the fact I could now select paperless correspondence, (as option was not available on opening the account) which I prefer anyway. Looking forward to Yorkshire Bank/Clydesdale doing the same.
Don't know why they could not have put a message in our inbox where they have put quite a few messages this month.
What date did everyone spot it?"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0 -
Thanks for pointing this out!!
Still cannot change mine or OH's.....just keep getting the msg:-
"There is a problem with some of the information you have submitted.
Please amend the fields highlighted below and re-submit this form."
........although nothing IS highlighted.
Any tips on what I am doing wrong (have all tick boxes ticked), tick to accept conditions and input the password but just goes back to the same error msg.......:o0 -
As butterflymum says in post 8 the easiest way to do it is to click on Your Inbox. Then click on manage preferences which is to the left of the screen with a blue arrow next to it."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0
