Thanks very much for this thread. This had passed me by too, I'm now fully paperless, it looks as though this has been going for at least a week now. Have they got a grace period or have I just missed out on about a week of interest?0

innovate, why do you have to be so pedantic? This is not a forum for grammar! Get off your high horse. Why patronise people? Why should they not feel free to post on a thread just because their grammar is not to your taste? Your post didn't contribute anything relative to the question. Maybe you're perfect, most of us aren't.0 -
I am not on a high horse and am not patronising anyone. Just pointing out where they don't use proper english. Those who choose to learn from it might one day benefit from it if they have to write e.g. a bank or some other company.0

I agree with your intentions but it does come across as a tad pompous.
In any event I question whether anyone( apart from you) uses proper English in this day of text speak anything seems to be allowed. As to writing to banks etc I have received some prime examples from them showing their lack of so called proper English.0 -
well I shall not accept blatantly wrong grammar until the day I die. As I don't intend on doing so for several decades yet, you may well see further comments from me (under this or other nicks that MSE might force me into) along the same lines. It is also water off a duck's back whether anyone considers anything I say pompous - so there you have something else to criticise.0

You should have started your post with a capital letter.0 -

I've now registered three times for paperless correspondence but every time I go online the settings have been reset to online statements only. I may have done something wrong but . . .

Did you receive an email from TSB confirming your alterations? I received emails for each of the accounts I have, sole and joint.0
