In case you haven't noticed it a new "Inbox" icon has appeared in online banking of these banks. You can use this to select online correspondence. This should save on getting letters every time they make a change to T&C etc. Worth checking out even if you have previously selected online statements as the default is paper correspondence.

Those with the new TSB Classic Plus Accounts will need to choose the Paperless Correspondence option now, as this was noted as a requirement (when available) for interest to be paid.
graham1 - hope you don't mind, I've added a new thread about this specifically for TSB Classic Plus account holders, as they'll need to act positively on this to continue to receive interest, so wanted to highlight it for their attention:

This thread might be a good one to keep bumping until the end of the month.

Thanks for the post, have just updated my preferences now, wouldn't want to miss the interest for the month for the sake of tick box exercise!MFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0

I'm a little old school, and I like to download the statements to PDF, to keep them somewhere safe. Santander, Nationwide and Metro Bank all give a PDF statement which is a replica of a paper statement; Smile did an HTML statement that looked a bit naff but printed OK to a PDF so you had something reasonably decent to keep hold of.
With TSB, you seem to have to make your own statement.
When you log in, the recent transactions are in reverse order; you can sort them using the sort feature on the date column, but when you filter by date (to create a statement for say 01/05 - 31/05) the sort feature disappears so you can only print a statement between dates in reverse date order.
For a bank which had (and still has) the might of one of the biggest banking groups behind it, TSB's whole 'paperless' statement process feels around 5-10 years behind its competitors.
The 5% can't be grumbled at though.43580
