Teletext Holiday Scam.

As Teletext did not list the £80 extra charged for a Bronze Room that did not exist, Mastercard have asked me to provide written confirmation that this is the case.
Hotel gave me an address when I left to contact the Director.
Needless to say Teletext did not call me back.

Still no contact from Teletext "Investigation"
One month later but not giving up even though Call Centre are encouraged to use this scam.

Only contact I have had from Teletext have been several Emails when I complain promising to investigate and ring me.
One month later I have had no response at all.

So the teletext rep who posted on here is very representitive of the company as a whole.

All promises but no action.

That`s the idea Photome. Teletext Holidays have ignored me but I will gve them the publcity they deseve.

I added this thread to warn anyone who was about to book with Teletext Holidays.
