I don't worry about it, I just really don't like it when it happens. I can't help it. Must have had a bad experience as a child. If only my own Mum had taught me at an early age to put toilet paper down first..

I did, and I also explained that she is quite shy and gets easily embarrassed about 'personal' things.
I wouldn't say it was an over reaction.....I would say it was a very strange thought that I could resent her because she's heavy handed with loo roll. I have read the whole thread again and still can't fathom where you got that idea from.
If she's too shy of you to accept or ask for help then maybe buying her a box of special wet wipes may work well explaining they will help her and stop the need for using too much paper that will block the loo.
She may like the attention and getting something bought just for her and not be embarrassed at all.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0 -

I don't get this. Ok, perhaps for a number 2, but why wouldn't you want anyone else knowing you're having a wee, in a toilet, that's meant for having a wee in?#
There was a girl in my old office who did this, I just thought she was weird.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Really, it's never crossed my mind to need to reduce the noise. :eek:Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -

Me either, everybody sh1ts after all!0 -
So I guess none of you ever go down (or up) a floor at work, so that you are on "strange" or "foreign" territory and won't have to face your colleagues after smells or noises.
I wonder if it's an age thing?0 -

When I worked I would think it a luxury to have time to go to the toilet, worrying about smells and sounds wasn't an issue!Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

I was just thinking that being relaxed about bodily functions may be to do with our line of work. When you spend time dealing with other people's its pretty silly to get hung up about your own!0 -

I'd think it was unusual to have that much 'mess' to clean up on a normal day!
I think I'll keep a log (no pun intended) on my whiteboard for the next week. I'll do a column for both of us, and tally up in 7 days!
I scrunch mine up, wipe, then fold it over on itself and wipe again, and do that a third time. For a wee that's enough, but for a poo I will need to do the same thing again, till I get a clean wipe so I know i'm clean.
At teh moment i do use more than usual because I'm pregnant and things get, shall we say, quite moist down there:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
