I want a good fake tan that doesn't smell awfull and doesn't come off o the bedding any advice please x

The Dove moisterising fake tan is brillient. I have fair skin and have always had problems with streaking or it looking too un-natural. It smells a bit when you put it on but then this fades once the product has dried. I've yet to see it on my bed sheets the next morning as well.

I'll second that Queen_B. I hate the smell of fake tan and have a cupboard full of stuff I can't use. Dove is my choice now and it's regularly on bogof. You can probably search the web and get a free sample to try before you buy. I'm tempted with the St Tropez daily moisturizer but may wait and see if it gets a good write up first, and it's on offer.

    BEST OF ALL:

Also noticed reduced mini mode clothes all at half price, also go through with the 20% off baby items discount. But good old Boots tills take 20% off the original price too. So all baby clothes marked half price, actually go through at 70% off! (And if any of you are 'over 60' *cough* then thats another 10% taking it to a whopping 80% off  )

    ;)[/quote]

Thank you for the heads up on this. I have a pair of trousers for the wee one that I bought in the last sale. They were marked at half price and bought to perhaps take back as I 'needed' to bump up my total.
As it was they went through at a silly price so I kept them. Everytime I put them on the wee one I wonder how on eath they were the price they were.

So this explains it and puts an end to me wondering all the time. Mystery solved Thanks.

my boots have really angered me today
went in and saw the big signs saying half marked sticker price.
thought oh great the leapad was stickered £10 so should be £5,other various toys different prices so picked a load up and took them to the till.all came up as the price on the sticker.so i obviously said they are meant to be half the stickered price, but no they had allready been reduced further and the signs should'nt be up ,So they would'nt let me have them at the half the marked price.surely thats illegal!!!!
have rang cs and they are going to ring me back.im not happy!!

All you guys buying reduced sun tan lotion - becareful. It has a shelf life (of around 2 years - even quicked once opened), as the SPF degrades, which means you might think you're protecting yourself and loved ones with SPF 30, but...

Anyone been into Leeds City Centre Boots lately? Are there any clearance items there to be had?

    ;)
In Leeds city centre today they had Burberry and Lacoste perfume and body lotion sets reduced from £39 to £11 and £12 respectively. However, at the till another 1/3rd was taken off so I got them for £7.33 and £7.99 each! Lots of children's games / toys reduced by around 75% upstairs too.

Are baby clothes not part of the baby department? Im so angry got some reduced toys and thought i would have a look at the childrens clothing- an outfit took my fancy-a cute dress, some booties, socks and a summer hat for baby aged 1 at the till the discounts came off fine but when i handed in the parenting club offer of 500 points on £10 spend she refused to accept it as clothing isn't part of the baby department- i pointed out that how could baby wear which is in the baby department be excluded! Well i was feeling hungry and pms kicked in so I told her to leave the entire transaction and left .I feel all emabarassed now as there was an enormous queue and everyone was tutting and staring.(and the outfit was nice too)

no they can't do that... next time query it with the manager there or do what you did and call CS.

i had the same problem yesterday when I wanted to buy 2 perfumes which both had £10 red stickers on them. Around the store in watford it clearly said things with the red stickers on were half the marked price but the woman at the YSL counter wouldn't have it. SO i went downstairs showed another assistant the signs and he put them through no problem!
