    Hi all!
I actually managed to find 3 memory cards for £5 each today! Printed off the 3 500 points vouchers,so £15 spend but 1500 points. :)

I then returned them to a different store without the reciept & bought things that i actually needed! LOL!

I also found in the drawer at home 2x £2 off pampers nappies coupons,so as i got 2 packs of nappies for £1.98! Super as they already have 20% off all baby items!

    A good day in all!
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:

Oh - I don't know why  Sorry to get your hopes up CookiE!

Try clicking on shop and Earn, then Cosmetics, and for me it says Boots 4 points per £! It then links you through to Boots! (Well it does me, I think Pigsback is a bit hit and miss at the mo IMHO!)

Good bootsing day - no toys marked down with me, but 2x Umberto Giannini and Charles worthington gift sets at £2.50. :j

    BEST OF ALL:

Also noticed reduced mini mode clothes all at half price, also go through with the 20% off baby items discount. But good old Boots tills take 20% off the original price too. So all baby clothes marked half price, actually go through at 70% off! (And if any of you are 'over 60' *cough* then thats another 10% taking it to a whopping 80% off  )

    ;)

  • Hi All!
Birstall Boots this a.m. had 'varied' sales items. Got 2x sd memory cards with mp3 players for £5 each, and handed 2 x 500 points over. Only accepted one? Another SA discussed it with her manager and said "that the till saw the transaction as actually costing nothing, so would only accept one, but on they would add the points on manually." Went through the process of refund to card of £5, and re-charge to card, and scan 500 points. Job done!
NOT! Didn't look at receipt until later, and still the 500 points didn't go on.
    DOH!
Went into Leeds Bond Street Boots......Heaven! The place has more sale items than normal priced items! Especially Toys!
Got the blue 'My First Leap-pad' for £10, Burberry Touch Gift set for £10,
Lancaster Sun SPF 8 for £7.25, and SPF 8 for £3.72!
Good day, but still no 'Stella Sheer' for me!!!
Why do you always want what you can't have?!!!

ps for anyone interested, Leeds centre had the SAD lamps for £20!

went in for contact lens check up and couln't resist looking again at the sale section in Mansfield. They had big sign up saying 50% off sticker prices and another sign saying this does not apply to clearnace ticketed items. But they had reduced some of the clearance toys again which gave the discount so got a couple of bits. Better still the perfume sets had red stickers on. I asked a manager if these would have the 50% and she said yes.
    So Gucci spray £5
Burberry Brit red gift set spary with shower gel £5
    And Davidoff set for £5
Got to the till and they came up at the stickered price and the snotty assistant wouldn't honour it until i mentioned the maneger. We went over and spoke to her and she said that someone had put extra stickers on but she would honour it. I'm well chuffed and smell wonderful!
Shame about the assistant's face when I handed her a 75 points coupon:rotfl:
