    The same happened to me.I tried to use it with the selfheating mask £5.49 and it didn't work.The staffassistant said it has to be the product on the picture.I said no....it says any product.She said it the product probably was to cheap for voucher to work.I then went and got the cream instead and it still didn't work.She and manager refused to add the points so I left it.
    They then said as olay is on offer at the moment that's probably the reason the voucher doesn't work.:confused:

    lots of shavers reduced at gateshead/newcastle stores ie reduced ticket £40 + now half the price on reduced labels
    i managed to get the philips 7742,7762,7782 and the braun 7790 for £20 each
    that is christmas sorted for the boys
