Don't try Botanics golden glow body lotion if you wanna fake tan as it doesn't work! I'm fair with blonde hair and i've used it for 5 days in a row and can't tell the difference! Mind you, you may all wanna go out and buy it as I phoned CS and complained (all botanics body and skincare is B1G1HP) and they've refunded £4.50 in points back onto my advantage card!!bargain:money:

This also happened to me and when I rang customer services they said I had to go back to the shop. I tried to explain they wouldn't listen so he said get them to phone customer services when you are there. I haven't done it yet

Strange as it put a bit of colour on my skin and I am not fair. It is not like fake tan though

i'd go back if i was you but obviously if its not too far away!!!
im still waiting for them to phone back :mad: we are probably not alone and i bet more will be phoning too!!!

ring them first and explain whats happened, tell them its leaked everywhere over x amount of products and that the sharpener is broken. they should send out replacements

it would be because it didnt come to 10 pound or more, the till reconizes it and says ER ERR!!

they refunded me the money back to my account as they didn't have any in stock to replace.

They are just so nasty in that shop. A long queue built up when I was querying it the first time and 3 assistants got involved. Don 't know if I can face it again but I know I sould!
