I don't think donations are needed and an advocate is likely to take the case on a pro bono basis (free). Neither party will claim costs AFAIK.

But Mr. Beavis will require a barrister will he not, unless he's going to defend himself? Don't think a lay representative can act for him in the Court of Appeal?
