Free M&S current account - £100 in M&S vouchers if you switch

My switch completed on 26/09. I called up yesterday to query and was told that the voucher was ordered on 09/10 and it would be here within one calendar month of that date. I asked why their site was still saying it would be received within one calendar month of the switch completing but the girl couldn't answer and repeated it would be here by 09/11.
Pretty poor show.0 -
Hi,
I have just applied online through the MSE link but no where did it ask for my existing account details.
Is that right?
Do they ask for those details later to switch accounts?
Any help appreciated0 -

Its a 2 stage (at least:() process. Once your M&S account is up and running you phone to request the switch.0 -
Fancy that...it came in the post this morning with yesterdays date on the letter!0

I know this is very lazy but just to save me all the filling out of the online stuff am I correct in thinking that i could switch my halifax Easycash account which I don't really use and has about £4 in it to M and S and get the £125 gift card, as I want to save my true switch with direct debits etc to Halifax to take advantage of the £5 a month payment. thanks x0

Hi, I wanted to switch from my HSBC current account to this.
But looking at their website, they are a subsidiary of hsbc.
Does anyone know if I will still be eligible for the gift card?0 -

I didn't when I read the T&Cs some months ago, so I switched a HSBC account and got the gift card.
However, that was then and this is now, so is there an exclusion in the current switching incentive T&Cs or not?0 -
It says,
c) you must be switching your banking to us from another UK bank or building society, and
But doesn't say if that means M&S Bank or HSBC0 -

So, in summary...
You're switching to an M&S account
HSBC is "another UK bank".0 -
I opened 2 accounts and then switched an account in my wifes name and a joint account. I wasn't sure whether the joint account would qualify for the switch fee as my wife had already received a card but last week the 2nd £100 gift card popped through the letterbox.
Just need to decide where to switch the M&S accounts to now0
