Hello, sorry to alter topic a bit but just found this thread and wanted to say what a breath of fresh air it is. I'm struggling a bit at home at the minute trying to keep on top of things but not doing too well due to new baby in the house no.6 but you just forget how time consuming they are especially when they are attached to the boob half the day lol. I have been given a bit of a ift by this thread and it has reminded me that with a bit of organisation things will come back under control again. Instead of collapsing in bed now I'm gonna tidy the kitchen then collapse in bed a good start I think. What do they say a tidy house a tidy mind? Who knows, like I said struggling abit at the mo lol.0

I'm sincerely hoping that "tidy house, tidy mind" is not true- although I am extrordinarily scatty. This does seem to be a thread that attracts more than its fair share of those with more than the average 1.7 (or whatever it is) kids.
At work today so just S&S the kitchen and put 3 loads of school washing on.
will atack children's room tomorrow- . My aim to get each to get eveything out from under their beds(scary or what) and hoover underneath.
School reports and SATS results. So far so not too bad in our house. DS3 who has dyslexia did better than he or I were expecting AND had a good chat to the SENCO at new parents evening so happier mother. He had a great time at change over day at senior school so is very cheerful.DS has jsut doen KS3 and has ony had maths results so far which were good.
Congratulations to all the other chidlren on their results - especially if they worked hard whatever the test result was.
Pipen those are some nails!0 -

Hi Dustykitten
Yes I think it was that, generations breakthrough or something ?
I sent my questionnaire off separately a couple of weeks ago. I know a couple of people who didn't get the bloods done at all for various reasons.
It was much easier getting the bloods done than filling in that mammoth questionnaire!!!! And I stuck the bloods in the post today, of course there is a strike so they will lie in the post box overnight - lovely
Good luck getting yours done
Jill

I thought the same thing!
Welcome to the thread from me too 5lilpigs.:D
I've been thinking this evening that I'm falling back into my old ways of having to spend the weekend doing the house work. I need to have a re-think.. Monday and Tuesday's are usually good but by Wednesday I'm all adrift. I need some discipline.
Have a restful, undisturbed night and a happy weekend all.One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

Lil-Me so nice of you to remember! :T DD's results were OK!! No arthritis!:j ESR raised but thats not such a worry, have
to have it repeated in 2 months, just means a minor infection
somewhere. And yes I have been busy, flew back from hosp
to get DS from school and drop them at mams, then off to
Stadium of Light for MIL's graduation!! It went really well
apart from the emergency evacuation alarm going off in the
middle of the ceremony!! Everyone was on their way out
wondering if it was a bomb scare or whatever when the false
alarm was called!! Still we all had a fab time, back now and
shattered!! No flying today but will get stuck in tomorrow.
Sunday we're at Chopwell Wood Festival so won't get much
done then!WW lost 33 lbs so far, [strike]13st1lb[/strike] [strike]12st13lbs[/strike] [STRIKE]11st12.5lbs[/STRIKE] 11st11lbs0 -

Quite right it should be 6lilpigs now but I dont know how to go about getting my name changed. I'll add it to my 'to do list' (gets longer everyday hehe). Have to say thanks all round for really warm welcome will def pop back in whenever spare mo comes up. Well the down stairs is now straight, not shiny but straight, the washing up is done, sides wiped and WM is on. I'll have to used to these abbreviations WM thats wasing machine right? Going to collapse in bed now after last bottom change and gladly I can get up in the morning and not look around in despair. Night all.0
