Michelle - Dont buy the baby gates yet. List a wanted add on freecycle. Shame I dont live closer as I have 2 we no longer need so those will be going on freecycle when I get round to it.
Am sat at work doing NOTHING!! had about 5 phonecalls all morning and arranged one viewing. Its gonna be a long long day till 4pm! Have left DH in charge of the S&S so will be inspecting when I get home lol! Have left him instructions to put the pizza dough on later so hoping he puts the right ingredients in this time after his last attempt where he put my cookies mix in instead of flour I havent trusted him lol!
I hate it when there is nothing to do here. I have some stuff I could be doing at home. Still must think of the money!
Right off to have a mooch around.0 -
Hi,
Just bobbing in to say - still Diet Coke free, loving the tea, missing the thread.
Will be back after Father's visit :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:
Trouble is, he is a neat freak, the house is a shambles, the DIY to do list is longer than I am tall and I have my darling DS to look after.
I am banning myself from the computer for a while. It is a chronivore (carnivore eats meat, chronivore eats time) and I think I am going to have to be a bit stern on the 'five minutes sit down' stuff.
I really look forward to looking in again.
Love to all.

She decided she wanted to make it more fun so I suggested she do a 27 boogie fling. Only I made it with a difference we started with her dirty washing and she has to pick up 27 things before the end of the song !!:rotfl: She's now moving onto dressing up stuff, then Bratz doll stuff, books, pens pencils etc and shoes n stuff. Its a start and she's getting on with it.
Wish us luckMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -

5lilpigs - hello, welcome and congratulations on your first bit of flying!
Kazmeister - way to go teaching your DD flying. Think i'll try this with my two!
I love Saturdays! It's the one day I get to work all day without having to worry about picking the children up or doing this that and the other with them. I give DH a list of things they need to do such as swimming, library etc and I just get to work. I feel like a grown up. How sad is that! Anyway, i've just popped on here before my last client.
Our house now smells nice now the carpets have all gone. Didn't realise how bad it was before which is a bit shameful. The place actually looks tidier now that the carpet has gone and DH has agreed we need a cupboard in the hall for hats, scarves etc so we've seen a nice one in Argos. Now I just need to find somewhere to keep all the shoes as at the moment they're on a shoe rack in the hall.
Right, i'm going to do a 27 fling boogie because i've got half an hour.
Speak soon and hope you're all enjoying that sun. I've actually seen it four times today!!!! xxJanuary budget

I'm struggling to find more to wash too. Go on Galantvr4, strip a bed, it'll be dry and back on by 6!
Got the washing line fixed. Had a 5 min sit down with my book and ..fell asleep for 90 mins. Damn.
Well done kazmeister, sounds like you've found an approach that works for you both!
I'm off to do the bathroom. Surely there'll be some washing in there? One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

Excellent breakthrough kazmeister! Think it will work with my 14 year old? Lol I can't see it somehow. Her room looks very much like your daughter's except that it is all dirty laundry, school books and papers, makeup and art materials. I despair!
I feel really crap today, all I have achieved is the cleaning the dishes and the cat's accident  and doing some grocery shopping and getting stuff not on my list  I really shouldn't go with the other half...IAAR/IAAMM/MFTMFAQ/IOA6BH0
