Well done Kaz, 27 fling my boys enjoy sometimes but I have to search through their flings as they become too competative sometimes and will fling my things in the bag as they see them as 'flingable'
:rotfl: just watching the news about the elephant in the garden, how scary but soooo funny, a copper round here would just put the phone down and phone for the local mental health hospital to come and get you
Right, flying, on zero level. Did 2 loads washing, went shopping and came home in so much pain I went to bed for an hour. Back up now as DP has gone to work, he's not impressed as because the miners gala is on all the roads are closed where the taxi ranks are, I think every taxi driver has a bee in their bonnet about this, same happened with the last festival, they make temp bus stands but not taxi stands, so now it's more dangerous as people running out in front of them flagging them down. Got to go and sort the pond out then will start writing a weekend list to start tonight and hopefully finish before tomorrow night. One day I might be more organised...........

Hope everyone's having a good day, it's very quiet on here so you must be busy!
The bathroom is nice and shiny again. I bit the bullet and got the paint tin out to touch up bits I'd skimped on and I've lifted the manky lino so I'm committed to replacing it now. For some reason the loo was plumbed in over the flooring so I had to rummage for a Stanley knife. I wonder if this is normal?
All the washing is in and very little to iron, all those creases have blown away! Dug a couple of plants in that've been sat in a carrier under the dripping outside tap and done my freezer inventory before I do the week's meal plan.
I think that little nap re-charged my battery. I'd love to be able to that every day.One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

Me too Kazmeister (or is that a bottle:D , 1 glass down so will see).
Made HM pizza for tea, DH used the right stuff this time:j , think the other incident with the cookie mix will haunt him forever:rotfl: .
Work did not get any busier. DD1 still running a temp but cold seems to have come out so DH reading the littles bedtime stories. She said she does not want to go to Nannies tomorrow so she must be feeling rough, bless her. She didnt want any tea either and she usually never stops eating. So I think it will just be one more glass of wine for me as I have a feeling it will be a disturbed night.
My new weightwatchers scales arrived today so I can now point all my homemade foods properly. I will get back into my diet and dust off the old treadmill. Although on "Honey we are killing the kids" it said half hour on the trampoline is the same as 3miles (do you think lying on it count, its very comfy:rotfl: )
Right off to book flight for Dad0 -
Had a very productive day. Not sure what things if any got struck off the big list, but we got loads of niggles out of the way. Went to Meadowhall which was quite badly hit by the flooding. Loads of shops not open, and the lift broken, and the tiled floor still water stained.
lil me i also reckon you need to take it a bit easier. Glandular fever is nasty, and can affect you for years afterwards, and to have it with tonsilitis too, your body is under a lot of stress and you need to have time to heal.
kazmeister well done on motivating your DD. Much better than falling out with her over it.

Well, a productive day it hasn't been. Friend came round for coffee last night, and when she went to leave at a sensible hour she found that her car battery was dead. She has no breakdown cover, so she stopped here and it took most of the morning to get the battery sorted. This meant that I missed my nice Saturday morning shopping in town while OH looked after sprogs
DD threw a MAJOR strop just as we were about to leave to go into town to get pizza, so that delayed us by half an hour.
Still, made it up to myself by buying nice bedding and towels in M&S(yes, we really did need them!).
Been to a kids party this afternoon and sprogs have only just settled down in bed.
Now off to watch a repeat of Dr Who that we missed first time around with a nice glass of red and some M&S flapjacks (REALLY needed to treat myself!).
BTW, friend has told me the NExt sale starts in a fortnight, and the best way to get the bargains is to get a preview list of the stuff in the sale and buy it online at 6:00am two weeks today. IF you are really keen on a certain item, buy it full price now and take it back if you manage to get it in the sale. :T At least that way you get it. Some of the little girl's clothes are SO cute!
Only managed the WM today, and will probably be out most of tomorrow, so flying will have to wait until Monday. Still, did blitz place last night before friend arrived.
Anyone seen this? It's not for the faint hearted. I think I'm going to show this to OH and remind him how lucky he is to have me!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
mermaidYou only get one go at life, so grab it where it hurts, shake it hard and get everything out of it you can!0 -
Mermaid that is very scary!!!
Borderlakland well done, definately deserve a treat!
:j Little Charlie on his feet, watch out Michelle, even less things are safe now :rotfl:
Why is it when you are in the mood to get things done something gets in the way? Like kids turning into little devils!! Everything they could do they have, from DS2 picking up glass while playing on the field and cutting his hand, DS1 having tantrum after tantrum, tipping bins over and much more which I won't go into.
Right weekend list which I've now got this evening and tomorrow to get done, hopefully. Depending how I feel of course, on so many meds I must be rattling as I walk. I know what you're saying about the resting, unfortunately at the minute I have very little choice as I have been VERY tired. In fact I am starting to feel it now a little. Tempted with an early night tonight and do main bulk of it tomorrow, will let the dogs out and see how I feel when I come back in. Got a lot on on Monday so hoping to do some deep kitchen cleaning over the weekend.
Dailies plus
Kitchen
Freezer list and meal plan (shopping list to go with it)
Clear benches and wipe
Clear top of fridge freezer, wipe, put back items neatly
Clear top of wall cupboards, wipe, put items back neatly
Find somewhere for recycle bags that won't be in the way
Sort through fridge, put what needs freezing in the freezer
Wipe shelves in fridge and rearrange better as it's just been 'dumped in'
Clean oven, top of oven, glass door and buttons
Laundry
[STRIKE]
Red wash - wash, dry, iron what needs it
Darks wash - wash, [/STRIKE]dry, iron what needs it
Living room
[STRIKE]Clear coffee table, again! [/STRIKE]
Clear dining table
OU books in new boxes bought
Dust vivarium and[STRIKE] TV unit [/STRIKE]
Find somewhere for the suitcase that's in the sitting room still
Clean living room window and sill
Sorting
Two big boxes of 'stuff' to sort through so need to seperate into the following:
Paperwork etc that needs to be dealt with ASAP
Paperwork that needs filing
OU stuff
Kids stuff - toys, books, magazines etc
Paperwork to be shredded and recycled
Other rubbish
Other items like cameras, DvDs etc that are in there
Think that is all, if I don't get some things done will add them over the week, last week of school so somehing on every day which doesn't help, turns into chaos. One day I might be more organised...........

Just popping in to say hi. Have not managed to fly at all today but the one that is stoopy has had a hair cut so I guess that is one job done. Also been to DS2 football end of season BBQ and took mum and sis out to dinner to celebrate Mum's birthday. Looked at buying a cake is Waitrose £11.99 for a small one. Came home made a fab victoria sandwich (Mum's favourite) filled it with some stewed rhubarb from the lottie and decorated with bright pink fresh flowers from the garden - looked fab and she loved it.
House not looking good - messy rather than dirty. Still not got the hang of not taking days off from it, dreading the mess in school holidays.
See you all tomorrow.
Lilme I am worried with your condition that your antib's are not staying in your system long enough to work - did you gp advise?
5lilpigs welcome and congrats - 3 grotbags is enough for meThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
:j Little Charlie on his feet, watch out Michelle, even less things are safe now :rotfl:
tell me about it - he nearly pulled a hot cup of tea over himself earlier which was very scary. I am going to have my work cut out now i think so will count my blessings at anything i get done. :rotfl:0
