So glad I was going late into work this morning ... instead of doing the millions of things I should have done have been able to catch up on all the news.

galantvr4 i hope all goes well for you with your LO at the hospital.

Happyathome Surely if your meds are well managed you'll be your usual self? I need to hear your views on life, they make me laugh!

Pigpen and TGN --- you should be ashamed of yourselves. Taking time out to FLIRT when you could be cleaning an oven? Where are your priorities?

I've never posted a list ... too shaming ... but not too bad this week so far so here goes

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces [/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Clean floors[/STRIKE]
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
[STRIKE]Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
Dust any extra furniture in dining room,[/STRIKE] checking for cobwebs on way round
    Level Three
[STRIKE]Wipe dining table [/STRIKE](clean table cloth if necessary) did the bits I could see
[STRIKE]Wipe window sills, clean any marks off windows if required[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week [/STRIKE]
    Extra Mission
    Choose one or more of:
    • [STRIKE]Wipe the outside of all your small appliances (kettle, toaster etc[/STRIKE])
    • Clean out your vacuum cleaner, get rid of the hair from the brushes, clean the filters is they are washable and clean anything else you can like the ‘muck bucket’ etc, make sure you leave it to dry thoroughly before putting it back together.
    • [STRIKE]Clean out the freezer, I find the vacuum cleaner is good for getting up any crumbs in the bottom or stray peas etc. Defrost it if it needs it[/STRIKE]. Did the toaster instead
    • Sort through one cupboard, emptying it, wiping it out and wiping items before putting them back
Tuesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs

    Level 1
    [STRIKE]Vacuum floors and sofas [/STRIKE]
    Level 2
[STRIKE]Dusting, even if around everything [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe [/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean window [/STRIKE]did it last week
Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
    Level 3
    Wipe light switches and banister
Clean any other glass like mirrors etc
    Tidy shoes, coats and bags
Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, don't want any injuries)
    Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –
    • [STRIKE]Clear one hotspot [/STRIKE]by the phone
    • Clear one shelf, dust and replace items after giving them a wipe
Sort through any magazines or paperwork lying around over
    • [STRIKE]Clean fireplace, vacuuming it can help if it is very bad, wiping over with a damp cloth to make sure it's dust free, clean fire aswell if safe to do so (mine comes apart so can vacuum inside the cover)[/STRIKE] no fireplace

Print out photos or see WHY not printing
Empty out the dead pots in the garden --- some done
    Water plants indoors
Make some banana bread or cake to use up the extra bananas
Start sorting toiletries etc for France
Put some more books on RISI
Check out some photo printing sites
    Make 2 loaves made 1

And the WM's been on twice this morning, I've S&S'd the kitchen and bathroom adn I'm just about to do the loos. And put away all the shopping that was delivered at 7.00 a.m.

Maybe no one would notice if I always went in late to school?

Not getting very far today ... I just want to go back to bed...but the bank is "calling me" as I'm close to going overdrawn again :o Stupid car repair bills! Haven't even got enough slummy of any one kind to pay in with my cheque. Guess it's going to have to wait. Oh well, off to wash the dishes and put the washing on as I forgot to start the machine before

Thought some of you might appreciate this :rotfl::rotfl: :

Morning everyone, another sunny day here so thought I would pop in and say hi while the washing finishes and I have my coffee. Fingers crossed no 'scattered showers' hit today or I'll be in and out with the laundry again. Hoping to get everything I need to done before mid day as I might have to pop through to Birtley later for DP if his stuff arrives at the shop if he doesn't manage to finish work early. Water heater also on, no hot water to clean breakfast dishes or the floors with.

Galantvr4 fingers crossed she's feeling a bit better today and might find it easier as the day goes on, pink cup cakes sound yummy!
Rach well done to you and your friend on the weight loss
Michelle, gosh how the time is flying by, 9 months check already, Charlie doesn't seem to have been a baby very long at all. Hope everything goes ok at his check and he doesn't demolish the house before you leave :rotfl:
grannynise I am sure you have more than earned a late start with all the late finishes you put in, as for shopping delivery at 7am, take my hat off to you, no way I'd be able to cope with that so early!!
nicki hope your Mum has a lovely birthday - I NEED THAT SIGN
TNG - tut tut, but we'll forgive you this once :) might just beat you with my feather duster anyway because that sounds fun :D personally I would say today is a new day and just forget about what you didn't get done.
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning all :)

The gardener's been and now I have a lovely new lawn and cleared flower beds... apparently he removed 1.5 tonnes of debris from the back garden... which all had to be carted out through the house. The floors were washed twice last night, and still need done again :-S And the cats have found all the mud really interesting - there are muddy pawprints all over the place - even up the side of the wall?!??? :-S

Don't have masses of time today (esp considering mother arrives tomorrow!) Am going out for dinner tonight to meet the OH's exgirlfriend  ;)

    Need to:
    - change the bedding
    - clear the remaining clutter from the bedroom and living room
    - wash the floors throughout
    - S&S bathroom
    - plus whatever else I can fit in off today's list!

rach - well done on the weightloss!

galantvr4 - fingers crossed the test come back ok. My best friend at school was diagnosed with severe arthritis when she was 7 - by the time she was about 18 she started to grow out of it. I haven't spoken to her for years though, so don't know how she is doing now.

    Morning all

Waiting for Asda delivery so not much done yet. I did damp wipe living room yesterday and vacuum so it's not bad. I'll try to make myself do it later.

One load of washing on the line, not doing much. I have washed up and put everything away (and watched Corrie......)
