    A good day for Mermaid!

I have sprog free day tomorrow, so will make most of it to get some paper work filed away and desk tidied.

Congrats on still being diet coke free, Hev. I've done cold turkey on tea, and it's not easy. Been drinking Echinacea and Raspberry tea all week, my cold didn't seem to hang around, so maybe it works...

    i feel like i missed a party today! :D

hugs to those who need them, though.

i lost another 1.5lb so was quite pleased, friend got to her 7stone this week so i took her out for a meal after weightwatchers. awesome achievement!

anyway, my list, as bed is calling and i have to work in the morning! only managed a level 2 today, though i did clean the floor on my hands and knees, not sure it made a lot of difference, except i really got to the edges and under appliances etc!

    Manic Monday - Kitchen
    Level One
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
    Level Two
    Clean floors
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
    Level Three
Wipe window sills, clean any marks off windows if required
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week
    Extra Mission
    Choose one or more of:
    • Wipe the outside of all your small appliances (kettle, toaster etc)
    • Clean out your vacuum cleaner, get rid of the hair from the brushes, clean the filters is they are washable and clean anything else you can like the ‘muck bucket’ etc, make sure you leav it to dry thoroughly before putting it back together.
    • Clean out the freezer, I find the vacuum cleaner is good for getting up any crumbs in the bottom or stray peas etc. Defrost it if it needs it.
    • Sort through one cupboard, emptying it, wiping it out and wiping items before putting them back - the messy one in the kitchen!!!
    dry washing away
    expenses
    swim
    list items on ebay
    photographers - make appointments

Clean any other glass like mirrors etc
    Tidy shoes, coats and bags
Vacuum under furniture (only if you won't hurt yourself doing it, don't want any injuries)
    Extra Mission:
Pick one or more of the following tasks –
    • Clear one hotspot
    • Clear one shelf, dust and replace items after giving them a wipe over
    • Sort through any magazines or paperwork lying around
    • Clean fireplace, vacuuming it can help if it is very bad, wiping over with a damp cloth to make sure it's dust free, clean fire aswell if safe to do so (mine comes apart so can vacuum inside the cover)
No I'm not up this early..lol:rotfl: I'm at work nearly at the end of my night shift so as I will be in bed until late afternoon thought I would copy & paste todays list so it's ready for when I get up. Did well yesterday - can see a difference already! See you this afternoon:hello:
