I take my headscarf off to you!
In my search for badges on t'internet today I found one that says
'I am the woman your mother wanted you to marry'.
Maybe yours should read 'I am the woman your mother warned you about'!

One day, I too might wear fishnets..... but don't your legs get cold through the holes?

of course not... I wear my woolly tights underneath!!!!

And apart from the fact I terrify my MIL because she thinks I am loopy (basically I have a brain and confuse her with basic level conversation) she actually thinks I am quite lovely.. but then my MIL is the kind of person his mother warned him about!! lol

  • Pigpen: you make my days!
Right back to the ironing, then washing off the line and BM on and boil up the saucepan in which I amazingly burnt the pasta (I blame you, pigen!). Now I have to put up with the smell of boiling biological washing powder, which just makes me want to throw.

Thank you pigpen, feels like I've achieved something but not sure its a positive comment when the kids both said "tastes just like shop bought" and well done you for tomorrows list. I'm getting there.

And I'm still not doing any ironing until my new one comes - sent for one of those steam generator thingys. Any good anyone?
