Tomorrows list posted very early as DPs brother is on his way over now with the strimmer etc so will be an evening of garden sorting and BBQ cooking so thought best get it done now.

Michelle sorry to hear that not all is good on the returning to work front, hope you manage to get something sorted

Well done everyone so far, plenty of crossing off going on. I made a start, then went to sleep :) but have done some more since, almost there :D

    Hi everyone

I have just started to tackle Iron mountain, reckon I am at base camp now! So having a breather and doing pigsback clicks. I haven't done these for a few weeks so must have missed out on loads of points :(

Wonder if it's worth tacking them onto one of the daily lists each week as a reminder for us goldfish brains?? after all it is v MSE :D

Ooh - i'm about to start mine as soon as boys are in bed. DH is going to be late tonight (and until November) and I'm getting rather excited about just being able to swich on rubbish and blast away....
What a FAB idea about tacking on the clicky thing to the lists: I might make myself do it before I'm allowed to post - there again...
Oh - and approaching local restaurants/pubs/wine merchants about the Wine or Water stall WORKED!!! I came away with two, have been promised another 4 and have maybes on another 2 - with 2 more businesses to go. So as I reckon each one is worth £4 takings it isn't bad going - and also quite a nice boost to the old stay-at-home-mum confidence too. Not to be knocked!!
    Is it home time yet?

HAHWMB that is excellent news on the wine front, well done :)

My mountain has reduced in size from Everest, below K2 to probably Lhotse (no4 in the list of highest mountains) aiming for Gasherbrum I (no11) cause I like the name :rotfl:

Better get some dinner on the first though.

HAHWMB Well done you. It is so hard to take that step of asking.

Aaargggghhhhh Neat freak Dad coming to stay next week and it still looks like ground zero.

Hugs to everyone (including TNG if Pigpen won't get jealous)

Hev deep breaths, you will get it sorted but whatever you do DO NOT reach for the dreaded DC but the calming teabags instead :) I think you have done fantastically well to kick the DC habit.

    How do,

Lots of posts, lots of folks, lots of flying, lots of tales and..even a bit of mild flirting, hmm? Anyhow, it's taken me half an hour to catch up with the thread.
Well done for all the jobs jobbed and especially to this week's Fledglings :T

I do always feel a bit guilty for not having time to comment and name names when I turn up late to the party that is Flylady; but I've laughed, I've cried, I've ranted and oohed and ahhed for half an hour reading today's posts. Thanks all.

I'm working a day ahead 'cos I'm out on Thursday night so.. kitchen done last night and about to tackle the livingroom and hall this evening.
I'm a bit goosed really, I've spent 8 hours doing a new starter at work's induction day and am hoarse, more of the same tomorrow too until she's ready to be let loose in the lab. Curse that Health and Safety Bill, in my day we learned the hard way! Only kidding any H&S people lurking.

Off I go, back later no doubt. have a good evening if you're off doing lovely things.

Ive unpacked and 1 load of washing done and another in the next 2 are ready to go. Ive wiped the sides and then i looked in the fridge and saw i had 1 glass of wine left and have now finished it :o. Im so shattered after only 3 hrs sleep per night for the past week on top of having to run around the wet countryside pretending to shoot people and i really cant be @rsed to do anything more.

Please can i be excused to watch an episode of Sharpe (i treated myself to an early birthday present of the complete box set) with another glass of wine and extra permission to drool :D ? Promise to keep up for the rest of the week.... Promise!

    Evening all

Have got DS3 passport photos done and ordered the blank form.
Car passed it's MoT which is fab news

    Kitchen all done.

Did not get my extras done but will do the ironing once the kids are in bed (early nights as they are all tired) and may then do a little paper work.
If not tomorrow is another day and sometimes tasks just need passing over.

Newbies please don't be put off by the progress of some on here. It does get much easier after a few weeks so don't go over doing it in the beginning.

Michelle sorry things did not go well with your timetable, will you have a form as well? Which subject do you teach?

HAHWMB well done on the wine. I am not good at asking for donations but a friend is and she said places hardly ever say no.
