Michelle have a hug from me, certainly sounds like they have taken advantage of your not being at school to fight your corner over next year's time table. Could you appeal to them to revisit it? If so I would give them options that will work for you as well as for them rather than just saying it's a bag of cr*p. Are you going to be part time (from the sounds of it it won't be much less than full time if you are)? They do have a duty to you as well now that you have Charlie, the old work life balance and are not allowed to discriminate especially if you are going part time.

Moved some of ironed iron mountain upstairs AND into drawers!!!! Not all of it yet but that's progress round these parts at the moment :p

On the passport front I just spoke to my friend whose sister has just realised her DS@s pports expired and so are having to go in person to renew. Flipping things eh!

Right, eaten my ice pop now to do a bit more.

School runs done, washing almost done (just need to put towels in, and then later I'll put a cleaning cloth one on ;) ) and a tiny ironing pile for me for a change :j Mind you it might have something to do with OH doing all last weeks ironing yesterday :rotfl::rotfl:

All the dishes are finally washed so that last lot just needs putting away and then I can Fly in the kitchen :D Just about to let DD have a HMhobnob with chocolate spread on as a treat then she's on the computer to type up part of her homework (hopefully it will encourage her to get it all done ;) ). Right, best shift before I end up with chocolate spread on my kitchen ceiling

Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh eBayyyyyyyyyyy it's so annoying. It/paypal between them have not been correctly working out postage on multiple purchases recently. It's driving me crackers email to explain and request more money plus it's costing more as I have to pay the minimum fee on paypal twice

If I refund and ask them to start over I seem to have to chase even more.

    Rant over, back to flapping.

Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
[STRIKE]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces [/STRIKE]
    Level Two
    [STRIKE]Clean floorsswept[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]
Clean cupboard door fronts and the front of appliances
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front
    [/STRIKE]

Dust any extra furniture in dining room, checking for cobwebs on way round - Lounge/Diner
    Level Three
Wipe dining table (clean table cloth if necessary) Lounge/Diner
Wipe window sills, clean any marks off windows if required
Wash the washer drawer out if it's gunky
[STRIKE]Clean oven if you didn’t do it last week[/STRIKE] Did last week but given it another scrub, would rather do little and often:D
    Extra Mission
    Choose one or more of:
    • [STRIKE]Wipe the outside of all your small appliances [/STRIKE](kettle, toaster etc)
    • Clean out your vacuum cleaner, get rid of the hair from the brushes, clean the filters is they are washable and clean anything else you can like the ‘muck bucket’ etc, make sure you leav it to dry thoroughly before putting it back together.
    • Clean out the freezer, I find the vacuum cleaner is good for getting up any crumbs in the bottom or stray peas etc. Defrost it if it needs it.
    • Sort through one cupboard, emptying it, wiping it out and wiping items before putting them back
I also gave the light fitting another scrub. It is starting to look better but its still grot:eek:

    Also need to:-

    [STRIKE]Packed lunches [/STRIKE]- DH & DD1
    [STRIKE]S & S Lounge[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]S & S Bathroom [/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]
    Hoover through
    Bath kids & wash hair
    Do hair & slap
    [/STRIKE]
    - I will make an effort with myself:rotfl:
    [STRIKE]
Get pork steak out of freezer for tea
    Trip to shop for veggies
    DD1 to preschool
    [/STRIKE]
    (11.30)
Post "baby girl" card to Stepsister
Arrange hair appointments for next week
    Do weeding and planting
[STRIKE]Sort playshed out and spray "no more spiders" stuff around[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Cut up branches hacked off 12ft high shrub so fit in brown bin[/STRIKE]

Right DD1 demanding grapes so off to wash those and prep the veg and stick it in the steamer for tea.

Started raining on way back from preschool, luckily we got in before the heavy shower started. Has stopped again now but rumble of thunder again! So plan for weeding and planting this afternoon as gone out the window again:rolleyes: .

Sorry work is being a pain Michelle, they dont like to make life easy do then:confused: . I though there was a shortage of teachers so why can they not be more flexible. Hope you manage to renegotiate some of your hours.

    Hiya
Not done a huge amount today so i'm going to try and make the place look slightly more presentable. I have done a lamb joint in the slow cooker though so we'll be able to have a nice dinner later.

Just found out the classes my two are in for next year and very pleased as they're with all their friends and have great teachers too so very lucky.

Right, off to swish, swipe and sleep! xx
    January budget
    Nothing left!
