Hi
I'm slightly worried if you're using the m20 to get to WS. The M20 is in Kent! Would the A24 be more use?
Anyways, hopefully satnav will help. Boooo on the loss of a bonus. Outrageous! I have my fingers crossed you will get something out of them and them you can stick two fingers up - obviously in the politest way possible because they aren't worth it and you're not that kinda girl
Mr tgo's nephew and girlfriend moved to Bristol last year and love it. He and now fiancee have just bought - something they could never have dreamt of in London. Good luck for the move and everything.0 -
Hahaha! The place the house is in, right on the border between where my Auntie lives in Kent and West Sussex - using m20 to meet up at hers and then go on....
Thanks all for the positivity. I don't really care about the bonus. I never saw it, although they say this now with my Christmas one being so tiny who knows? I was never treated the same as the other people who do my job (all men!) one of the reasons I left along with the move! With my new job if I do as well as I have done here I would have got c£30k bonus! fingers crossed I get clients as soon as possible.
The West Country move is all going well, was going to be a NSD yesterday (VERY VERY hungover from the sporting trip Wed night - spends only £15 not bad) but we found a brand new henry hoover fo £60 and we need a hoover so snapped that up.
Have a great weekend all! xx
PS STILL NOT EXPENSES ARGGGGGGGGGGGGHhhh only so many times I can ask our accounts lady. Its £400 - I would really like it please?!?

Happy Monday everyone! I have a confession I had a bit of a shopping trip at the weekend at my fav shop. I bought 2 jumpers (1 light weight and 1 heavy) and a tank top. Should have been full price of £250 but after sale prices, vouchers and student discount (yes because I do exams I get student discount!!) paid £55. I am happy with that because I have lost weight I have got rid of so many clothes and I cant remember the last time I bought something new not from ebay!! xx

Less than a week until I leave!! OMG!! Its tough, slogging away especially as they are working me so hard. I even made a comment as they want me to go out on client meetings for my last few days - I am NOT happy they think they can get away with not paying £5-10 for my tube fares... thats my dinner set money. Made a comment and that didnt go down well... but hey ho!
The big old hen do is this weekend and most of it is paid for (including the petrol!) so hopefully keeping spends as low as possible. This along with most meals this week coming from the freezer has made for a great low spend week. So I thought I would ruin this by buying a sat nav in the amazon sale. However, we were thinking of buying this one anyhow (I really need sat nav to help me when I am driving) and its lifetime maps etc so should last us.
Hows everyone? xx

So after today only two days left!
I had the most charming meeting saying goodbye to a client - who I feel is a friends too. He gave me his daughters and son to look after and I felt so sad to have to leave him! However, as a director of a FSTE 250 company he has provided some very complimentary advice and said that even though I was a young female IFA (he wasnt being rude!) he trusted me and my judgement more than lots of the 'old boys' he went to Eton with!! so I floated home on a cloud thinking I must be doing something right professionally at least...
I took the admin girls out for lunch yesterday to say thank you - not a huge expense (£40) but means the world to them. I always like to be as generous as I can afford and they have been so so generous with their time and efforts its a very reasonable cost! Especially as I keep being taken out for lunch by others which has saved me ££££ on my food bill!
Hope you are all well xx

Hello all
Well the West Country rocks!! we are loving it. Money is all a litte up in the air at the moment not knowing how much we need for bills etc and we spent an awful lot on the move. However we are happy, still reducing debt and that's the main thing!
I am slowly catching up with everyone and what you've all been up too whilst I have been away and hope you have all been taking care.
ps I did buy my apple watch but saved that money and used my Quidco pay out to help!! xx
