Morning all from a very soggy Bristol.
I have driven to work for the first time since starting as the rain is sooo bad! Its not too far but I would have got completely soaked.
Although to be fair my parking is now such a joke I might not bother again! haha! never mind, all good experience isnt it?
Money wise DH bought a gorgeous second hand bed for the spare room so when the family come to visit this weekend we can have a lovely time without worrying about blow up mattresses yay!
lovely weekend planned I cannot wait. I hope you are all well?? xx

So ive written 3 posts recently and all seem to have been lost?! How annoying!
Right so moneywise things are tight this month but that is to be expected with the all the expense we have had. I hope that we can sort out budgets ASAP as I would really like the pay off my loan and stuff before too long. We currently have c£1,500 on credit card and c£1,900 left on my loan. credit card is all on 0% of course but I did also get a halifax card on 0% for 19 months on purchases just in case we could put everything on there and then pay off loan more quickly but I dont think it will be possible as we already use a 123 card to get the cash back and then pay cash or debit card were necessary (such as supermarkets that don't take cc) but all worth a go at trying to get rid of this debt then start saving to buy ourselves a property!
If I can save with as much as I am paying off debt, we should be in a position to be looking soon. Just need a few more lovely clients at work to meet my 'targets' and then all will be good! I say targets as we are on a salary not commission but all helps.
Hope you are all good? xx

Morning all!
As we are now less than 2 weeks away from the wedding where I am a bridesmaid I am trying now after a lovely weekend, to be good booze and food wise! I do like a cider or two, and although cheaper than other booze its still very calorific. Therefore, I am stilling to slim G&T's when I want a drink and back on solid fast days. I have lost a lot of weight but just want to rein it in over the next couple of weeks and make sure I am looking my best! Talking of which, my mum has booked me in for a facial at my local salon as a treat, plus I am going for a free make over at the local beauty counter to help me with my make up - she always knows how to treat me! In return I got her a gorgeous pink lilly from cheap L supermarket and it is flourishing. Little treats for other people are so thoughtful and meaningful aren't they? Only cost me £3.99 but bought her so much pleasure.
Other MSE wise, I need a new hairdryer but am trying to wait until the next quidco pay out and as tempted as I was to buy curlers etc for the wedding I have held off. I also saw my dream designer bag spelt incorrectly on ebay ( I always keep an eye on these as you can get a huge bargain!) but it went for £112 not the £35 max I bid... still these are huge changes I would had thought before sod it I want that bag when will it come online again etc.. but I held back!
I also have an amazing designer scarf but since moving house I seem to have lost it. Pretty gutted. I hope it will turn up one day when I am tidying because I have had it in the West Country but not for last few weeks.. it wasn't where I thought it was. Never mind.
Hope you are all having fab weeks.
xx

Hello all! Well I have hada very MSE day. A NSD and I got £15 of compo from the bank! The cheeky monkeys were not replying to my messages and I needed information about DH changing his address on their system.... so I complained ( it started a month ago!!) and they gave me £15 as compo. Very happy bunny. I have also entered about 15 competitions to win a free holiday. ITs much needed but as we are currently spending £200 unexpected on DHs car its unlikely to happen in the near future. However, workwise I think the angels are looking down on me. I was saying how I need more clients? Someone walked into the office this afternoon saying he wants a female IFA! I hope he becomes a client, he was really rather lovely.
Anyhow love to you all x
