I just steam it and use it as a bed for meat or fish along with some sweeter veg or ratatouille. Yummy.0

I love kale chopped up really finely, stir-fried and mixed with garlic, cream and mushrooms as a sauce for pasta. Lots of parmesan on top - Delicious!0

Kale's not bad (if you like cabbage and broccolli anyway - tastes of that kind) but it's tough and can go slimy fairly easily.
Cut out as much of the stalk as you can and chop the leaves fairly small (scissors are a blessing here!) then I coat in heated olive oil in a HOT pan, add a couple of TbSps of water and put the lid on the pan; steam like that for two minutes and voila, done.Pre O/S: what's a vitamin? Does it begin with the letter e?Now: I'm not eating any of that pre-made rubbish...0
