OP - see the post from the lady who uses it with vodka in a smoothie? Well...first drink your vodka... about half a bottle should be enough. Then chop your kale really carefully (mind fingers after that vodka!) then prepare a frying pan with butter and black pepper...
then throw the bloody stuff out and have bacon & egg instead.0
