Why not do some web browsing? Fitness related, of course! I'd recommend ZWOW/ ZuzkaLight, marksdailyapple.com, turbulence training...

Thanks apple muncher. I will do just that. I've just taken the puppy for another walk, but I feel knackered today, so internet browsing is a great idea :)

I've done an exercise class and an hour and twenty minutes walking so far.

    Breakfast - cereal and yoghurt

Done some exercising after work although I felt very lazy :j Also, no sugar today.

Been waking up earlier for two mornings to have a green smoothie for breakfast, seems to be helping my acne a bit.

I feel that I am getting slimmer, just on the wrong parts. :)

    Morning.

I ended up running in the morning yesterday and it was one of those runs where everything goes right, felt great, I also cycled in the afternoon, my legs were tired by the end of the day but good tired.

I will just go for a run today, it is fine here but windy so I am hoping the wind dies down a bit before I go.

    Todays menu

    Morning all,

Weighed in this morning and I've lost just 1lb. Quite disappointed as feel I've been good this week but the scales did jump between a 1lb loss and a 3lb gain so I'll take the loss!

It a lovely sunny day here although the quite windy here too dolly. Planning on going to the gym later when OH goes out. Had a really good run on Thursday and hoping I can manage the same again today.

    Breakfast - cereal and yoghurt
    Lunch - sandwich/salad
Dinner - treat meal - Sunday dinner with pudding :)

Hope you all have a lovely Sunday :)

ZWOW 29 is complete, along with jumping jiggle free. Phew! I do like to get it all out of the way first thing- usually after a strong black coffee!

The scales were a false friend this morning! But I plan to eat well today and see if they were really lying or if I'm being a disbelieving whotsit...

I've started with a mahoosive breakfast, to keep me full and stop me picking. 2 scrambled egg, 150g cottage cheese, 100g plain yoghurt and an apple.

    Evening all

    apple muncher I hate scales!

Exercise was good today. Did a 5km run and a 5km cycle at the gym. Clocked up 18000 steps on the pedometer :)

Food wasn't great/horrendous. Had my weekly treat meal tonight as was having dinner out but also had a pub lunch (jacket potato with cheese and chorizo, although they were stingy on the filling so that was good!) but also had an ice cream.

The plan for the next 6 days is to reduce the carbs, increase the fruit and veg and try for more protein, especially lean protein.

    Better get off to sleep.

Well done on another week of hard work ladies and gents

    Morning all.

Well it going to be most of the week off work for me, as there is more damage underneath my car then I expected, can feel the pounds draining out of me and not in the good way :(

A healthy curry night for us today with friends chicken or vegetable curry with brown rice complete with baked onion bhaji, raita made with fat free greek yoghurt and Garlic & coriander cauliflower crust roti/nann type bread. a total fake-away :)

Bfast overnight oats (chocolate& banana) was needing a bit of decadence this morning
will skip out on lunch due to a large tea tonight.

I also have weigh-in later, yet again despite having a reasonable week both diet and exercise don't think my weight has shifted the 2.5LB I wanted. but really can't complain im the size I want to be and eating at a level im happy with.as long as im mindful that it doesn't start creeping upwards im pretty content.

    Have a great day everyone
