Exercising on holiday dolly! I take my hat off to you!

    Today's food has been/will be:-

    Breakfast - toast and yoghurt
Lunch - Brie and onion chutney sandwich
Snack - ice cream (visiting a dairy farm that makes their own)
Dinner - roast veg and feta (thanks tori)

Hoping to get to the gym later but have done 9000+ steps walking the dogs this morning.

Bleurgh, I have not eaten especially well this last week. However, I've managed to stay the same so could be worse! I've been continuing with the 30 days challenges and have less than 1 week to go on a couple.

19 days until my holiday, so I need to crack on! :)

Didn't make it to the farm today as the gas man was here all afternoon. I did have a Mars ice cream from my freezer though!

Lovely dinner, thanks for the idea tori :)

No exercise except dog walking but I have done 14000 steps so not too bad.

Not long until the next weigh in on Sunday morning. I'm nervous as I've resisted the scales all week!

Welcome back Dolly glad you had a good time.

Really don't worry to much about the scales Fmess if your clothes are comfortable then all is well :)

Im a lot lighter this week as I had a minor knock for knock car accident this afternoon, will need a new numberplate and holder and undertray so not looking at much change from £100 plus a day lost wages on Monday to sort it. I headed straight to cake and coffee to dull the pain.. but it didn't work im still p**sed.

Weather is lousy here and have a yellow weather warning for tomorrow so may head for gym/swim in the morning if it's rain, it's either that or do the ironing.

My clothes don't fit great either, I'm smaller than I was but still flabby. Going to make sure I exercise my socks off today!

Sorry to hear you had a knock and the expense of it all, hope you are ok?

Hope the weather doesn't turn out too bad. It's drizzly here at the moment but think the forecast is for rain most of the day :( (although the plants need it!)

Im fine Fmess Thank-you, just an occupational hazard with the country lanes as everyone is trying to avoid holiday traffic on the main roads this time of year.

Weather seems to have blown out over night, so it's back to plan one after a quick trip to Truro for some parts, will mean another coffee shop but just an americano and no cake. I seem to getting fixated with proper coffee at the moment, cake has dwindled but caffeine has definitely risen in my diet, think i've just traded crutches and gained a new vice.

This healthy eating isn't half hard at time.

tori - hope you get the car sorted, how annoying.

I cycled yesterday and will either run or cycle today, if the rain is heavy it will be running.

Yesterday remained as a treat day despite having been on holiday and having lots of nice things, today would normally be a treat day but it will not be, I am fed up of them.

Plyometric jiggle free day 2 done! And the scales are my friend today. A good start!

Go you, tori, doing coffee without the cake! I do that too - but by necessity as I have to be gluten-free. It does still mean that coffee shops are accessible though!

Sugar and grain free eating is making me feel good - MUST maintain.....

I'm so bored this afternoon and all the things I can think of to do involve eating/making food.

I'm tempted to go back to the gym but it'll be surrounded by traffic at the moment.

Why not do some web browsing? Fitness related, of course! I'd recommend ZWOW/ ZuzkaLight, marksdailyapple.com, turbulence training...
