Prudent, my memory got much worse, I had a lack of attention, was mentally weak - something was wrong with my brain, I guess.
That stopped once I started taking good B12 supplements. I think there was something else as well, but I don't remember now. And I am not even talking about a raw food vegan diet, that was the most stupid thing. 30 bananas a day, ha ha!!

Morning all,
I have no trouble with my vegetarian diet, but do eat a fair amount of dairy so no Bvit issues, what I have found funny is after 7months of limited bread the days I been heavy on the bread leaves me some bloated and uncomfortable where I never had an issue before it's almost like im less tolerant to the gluten then I was before.
Had a good day yesterday, How you doing AGGY? food ended up a mushroom omelette and salad for lunch and beans on toast for dinner after eating so much the day before really wasn't wanting food, kettlebells for exercise.
Today is set for a similar theme.
Bfast apple, cottage cheese, almonds
Lunch salad& fruit
Tea roasted veg and feta
Yoga for exercise
Have a great day everyone0 -
Thank you both
I am now taking a B12 supplement after seeing a recommendations for one (Jarrow) on another thread. OH now eating a bit better because I am making healthier meals. I am giving him the options of eating them or making something different himself, so he is eating them.
I am planning on spending a good amount of time on back exercises & Pilates today as my back is sore. I am having a day out with a friend, so not too sure about lunch.
B. Green smoothie - rocket, spinach, cucumber, mint, kiwi, watermelon & hemp seed.
L:?
D. I made some slimming world mushy pea curry sauce yesterday. For dinner last night, I served it over sweet potato wedges. I added quorn pieces to the remainder and will have it with some rice this evening.
tori.k I like the look of your food today.0 -
Really pleased, after my naughty weekend I've still lost a pound since last week
Sadly my tummy is still exactly the same as when I started. Didn't help that there was a thing on the radio this morning about diabetes in people with large waist sizes.. I'm only just over 9 stone now but still counting as "obese"
Good thing is I can definitely see the weight loss around my face
Today's food is:
Muesli for breakfast
Half of yesterdays sweet potato and lean chilli for lunch
Home made fish pie for dinner with some iced berries with chocolate sauce if I've done enough to earn them!0 -
Morning all,
My gym class has bed cancelled againFinding it really annoying to not be able to get into a routine. Will go to the gym and use the machines instead I think as I haven't done that in ages.
Also going to walk the dogs this morning and do the food shopping, so can stock up on more fruit and vegRoasted veg and feta sounds gorgeous tori, think I'll use that idea to help me use up the block of feta in my fridge
thank you!

Jiggle free July is officially over! 100 lunges + 30 push ups + 100 sit ups. I did the push ups in batches of 10 - I definitely wouldn't have managed that 4 weeks ago. It's good to see progess so soon!
The scales are my friend for now! I'll do a proper weigh and measure tomorrow, to start off August, but for now, I'm 2lbs down on Monday's weight, just by eating well. Not bad for 3 days! So, back to what I was a few weeks ago.
Bfast has been blueberries, plenty of cottage cheese, cinnamon and ground almonds. Yummy!
Have a good day!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

Hi guys, I am back from my holiday and am 2lb heavier. I ate a lot of bread in packed lunches, had a cream tea and other bits and bobs. Todays weigh in was never going to be good due to the holiday and the hormonal week coinciding. I did a ton of walking on holiday, up several mountains, I took my running kit and had a couple of lovely runs.
I went running last night and will cycle today hopefully.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
