No I am not :) but read a little bit about it. Do you?
I was trying to do some yoga at home but wasn't flexible enough lol... Maybe now that I am dieting and exercising, I should try again. Next month I am planning to treat myself to a thai massage - I've been told that it's like doing yoga only someone else is doing all the stretching for you.:D Also no need to show my naked legs!!

No I like my food :D I was just wondering about you skipping dinner? im a firm believer in eating when your hungry, I can't do food first thing Bfast for me is around 11am (5hrs after I get up) but you do have to watch that your getting enough cals a day, or it will slow your metabolism, like most here I eat mostly clean most of my cals comes from fats and oil, I have organic butter and not afraid to use it :D

A productive day for me, 8mile circular wander did find a costa coffee half way along, must remember never to ask for a large americano again as it comes in a soup bucket, lesson learned as I was dancing the last half mile needing a pee ( took 15mins off the time to get back tho) :rotfl:

Rest of the day spent taming the garden, it's looking good if I do say so myself, wish I could say the same about my nails.

    Food been carb heavy

Bfast 2 WM toast with clean blueberry jam
Lunch English muffin scrambled egg& mushroom
    Tea beans on toast.

    Snacks packet of plain crisp's

Weigh-in tomorrow I've had an active week so hoping i've lost at least 1LB of the 3 I put on over the last few weeks

Tori.K - I used to be the same regarding breakfast, don't even remember how it came to my mind to try the opposite: big breakfast, modest lunch and a small dinner. It worked wonders for me, so when I had to choose eating window for intermittent fasting I decided to skip the dinner. But our bodies are very adaptable, there is no right way of eating.

Completed 40min of exercising of which 15min was HIIT for beginners. Still good :) and no sugar as well.

    Morning all,

I have to say I am loving this weather, just sat in the garden with the iPad reading all the posts.

Just walked the dogs whilst it was still reasonably cool, although soon regretting wearing trousers. I have a class booked for this evening so I hope it cools down like yesterday evening.

    Foodwise
    Breakfast - eggy bread
Lunch - cheese and salad cob and fruit
Dinner - vegetable and chicken stir fry (I think)

The main aim today is to not snack and to not open the pack of cakes in the cupboard!

I need to repeat the mantra 'weightloss is 80% diet, 20% exercise' - thank you whoever mentioned this last week :)

Jiggle free days 27 and 28 done, as I missed yesterday's - the first one I'd missed. I can feel I've done 2 of them!

Looking ahead to August's exercise and food... I think I shall repeat Jiggle free July's routines, but do JUMP squats and JUMP lunges. And go back to doing ZWOW workout, ideally on alternate days.

Organising the exercise is much easier than the food! If only exercise accounted for the 80% of results!

    I shall aim for 20 no-sugar days, 20 grain-free days and 20 10-veg days.

A pathetic 0.5LB loss for me tonight, not sure whats going on with me there are weeks i've eaten far more rubbish and still lost. I can't even blame the TOTM.

Going to have to finally face the issue of my portion sizes from tomorrow for the next week im going to weigh and measure everything see if that gets things moving in the right direction.

we go through a fair bit of cheese each week, this I will limit to cottage, goat& feta only, im also going to finally take my measurements then once again at the end of the month.

    im cheesed off.

    Morning all

I really struggle with portion control tori and weigh everything, even the butter on my toast. My eyes are always far too generous!

apple muncher what a clean day! Well done.

I was naughty yesterday. Open the cakes and ate 3! Didn't go to my exercise class and had tea from the fish and chip shop! On the plus side, I walked the dogs and continued to revamp the garden for 4 hours yesterday, hence not attending the class and being shattered and having a lazy tea!

    More control is needed today!

Had an awful calorie infested weekend (but one of the best burgers EVER!), feel like I've fallen off the wagon!! Weighed myself yesterday and had put on a pound! I do hope that some of it is water...!

Fasted yesterday and cheered myself up making banana bread which I can have a bit of today so that's one snack taken care of (is it healthy if it has fruit in it? :p)

    muesli for breakfast
    bagel for lunch
Grilled courgette, bean & cheese quesadilla for dindins

Got an appointment all afternoon in another city so not gonna make it to the gym...

Hello to the new ladies and fellow sugar, choc addicts!

Don't worry, I can't seem to control my eating at the moment, which I know sounds dumb.

Today I've ate one slice of toast, a slice of cake, a pack of crisps and an ice cream.

I also had a mardy because I went to Maccys with my OH, I was paying, he ordered for him and ordered me nothing. Then ate his without realising that I might also be wanting to eat, men!
