My Lord kettlebell's was brutal, me and DH were the only ones to turn up to class..everyone else had more sense.Blue Mango Im very pear shaped started at size 12/14 and 11.13LBS on Jan 6th now size 8/10 at 9.9.5 (I tend to add & lose 3lb depending on cake
) Im really happy that this time I opted for HITT classes rather then just Cardio as for once I kept my boobs and slimmed down my thunder thighs im more in proportion.

My Lord kettlebell's was brutal, me and DH were the only ones to turn up to class..everyone else had more sense. Will really be really questioning my sanity tomorrow... No yoga for me tomorrow the class is full so will stretch myself at home and head swimming after, 40 lengths and a steam
Well done on going!
I may have ate two portions of jelly and had cheese on my dinner. Slapped wrists for me this evening.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Blue mango you should have seen me at my first HITT class it was laughable but it was amazing how fast I built both strength and stamina each time I go, I find it's a it's a bit like a hangover at the time I swear I will never do it again..but keep turning up at each class, life would be so much easier if I just gave up cake

Nooo, don't wish us rain, I'm hoping to go camping at the weekend. Lets have some rain Sunday night *nods*.
I lost another pound on Monday when I checked and was feeling pretty good, when someone asked me if I was pregnant again!! I hate my tummy! Fasted yesterday so its ncie to eat again today.
Breakfast - muesli
Lunch - ham and avocado bagel
Dinner - spud with tuna lime and coriander.
Will go to the gym later and do my usual 25 minute workout, have lots of calories left so might treat myself to an ice cream0 -

I hate when people ask that! It's so easy to get wrong so why bother? A customer once asked me if I was pregnant or just fat, so I lost 2 stone just to show her!
Yum your food looks like it was lovely!
I've lost another 2lbs! that's 4lbs this week so far. I think it's the amount of water I've been drinking. Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

I went for my run yesterday, it was just 25 minutes but it was at 2.30pm and it was baking hot with no breeze. I will run again today too. I think I will get the kids out dog walking for an hour too today - they will be pleased:rotfl:.

Hurray! My mystery 2lbs from yesterday have gone again.
So, it means I've stayed the same for now and not lost any more, but that's not so bad.
Have passed the half way mark in the Abs & Squats challenge, almost there in the Crunches and Little Black Dress challenges. I also tried a couple of yoga classes on Instructor Live, which were tougher than I expected!Egg Loan - [strike]£4921.84[/strike] £0!! :j Barclaycard - £3866.47 Legal + Trade - [strike]£2700.96[/strike] £0!! :j Triton - [strike]£1730.89[/strike] £0!! :j Next - [STRIKE]£776.15[/STRIKE] £126.88 Littlewoods - [strike]£217.16[/strike] £0!! :j Housemate - [strike]£1300[/strike] £0!! :j Capital One - [STRIKE]£1652.51[/STRIKE] £1,081.58 Vanquis - [strike]£2337.75[/strike] £375.58

Great Misty Blue. Those challenges really start to ramp up towards the end I never managed to finish as I ended up owing to many days
Have had a great day food wise
Bfast Greek yoghurt and fruit
Lunch, bean salad and watermelon
Tea, Veg frittata and salad
Managed to get half the garden cut before the rain descended but it's still disgustingly muggy despite the mild thunderstorm.0 -

Really struggling at night. I had my cycling things laid out and the alarm set for 6 am, but at 2:30 am I was still awake. Feet swollen and gave in to an ice cream this afternoon. Need to get motivated to go to Asda. I have invited a friend over for lunch tomorrow and need to take something to the barbecue I am going to in the evening.0
