Welcome picklekin. I too am a shorty (5'0")
Today I have walked the dogs and cleaned the kitchen, except the floor. Next is the lawn, then the kitchen floor, so both should add a few more steps to my total. Tonight I have booked on for a body combat class.
Food so far has been;
Breakfast - cereal and toast
Lunch - chorizo, cheddar and pepper wrap, then apple
Tonight dinner will be chorizo, onion and pepper pizza with minimal cheese.
I just need to wait until Friday until I can go food shopping for some healthier food, although I may be able to get a bag of salad tomorrow to tide me over.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

I've discovered I definitely eat more when I'm not busy. Today I've cleaned and scrubbed the kitchen but as soon as I stopped, I was searching for food. I have therefore occupied myself this afternoon by painting half the kitchen
Need to have an early tea and the do class, so will save the other half of the kitchen painting until tomorrow. Might actually get a lot of DIY done this summer
Also done 11000+ steps so far with the early morning dog walks and chores.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

I blame body pump for my injured tendon heh heh! (Not to mention the fact I could barely use my legs for 3 days after!). Will try it again though once I'm healed

Fighting talk tori - well done on maintaining, are you at Slimming World?
Fmess - I eat through boredom too, if I go out mid morning for a walk I don't have the urge to have a second coffee and some biscuits, obviously if I am working I have to fight the urge.
Yesterday I went for a run in the afternoon, it was quite hot at the time and I was exhausted, when I got back I managed 900 skips. After tea me and DH went cycling, it was only 5 miles but they were 5 very fast miles. My legs knew about it though from the hill we did on Sunday.
Today I am taking the kids for a 5.5 mile walk with the dog around a NT site, there are different routes and the one we do is quite hard going in places but we have done it many times and they manage it. After tea me and DH will cycle again and will do a harder 8 mile route.
Today I will mostly be eating
B/Fast - sachet of porridge with soya milk, slice of soreen toasty with flora.
Lunch - 4 slices milk roll with cheese, banana, chocolate biscuit (packed lunch whilst out)
Tea - Egg salad with wedges.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Morning all,
Today will follow a similar routine to yesterday as it seemed to work. I've already walked the dogs then will spend the day cleaning and tidying and in the garden with the dogs. Tonight will be a body combat class.
Food will be:-
Breakfast - large bowl of cereal
Lunch - cheese and tomato chutney sandwich, plus fruit
Dinner - bolognese mince and veg
Looking forward to doing a proper food shop on payday and getting a stock of fruit and veg in.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

Im am Dolly but to my shame i've never been very good at it
but their plan has been the easiest for DH to maintain as I slowly moved him off processed food and back to clean eating, Food has always been a bone of contention between us, for every healthy meal I cooked alongside would be piles of beige junk, His Mother bless was health food nut, and had a blanket ban of salt, sugar and sweets when he was old enough he over indulged every chance he had and ended up with a really unhealthy relationship with food, it's taken him 20 years to finally address this issue.
People may laugh it off but his food issues have been just as detrimental as a alcohol or any other addiction.we are lucky we have a great group of people in our small village group I think that's the key to success with SW or any diet based group it's not so much the diet but the support, im at target and DH has 3LBS to go but we will stay with group even after he reaches target (it's cost us nothing), as it's been proven those that maintain the support are more likely to keep the weight off long term.
Oh and it's very much fighting talk if I put on next week I will be owing the consultant a £5...and that not happening :rotfl:0
