Happy holidays apple muncher
Prudent the end of term is always difficult for healthy eating, for all the reasons you said, and general tiredness setting in.
I've been to the Next sale today and I'm really proud to have bought size 10 trousers and a couple of size 8 topsObe if the pairs of trousers fits perfectly now and the other two will look lovely if I lose a bit more weight, so should be perfect for back to school in September

Thank you, I would say I'm a wobbly small size 12, so I'm chuffed with size 10 and 8I am very vertically challenged so it doesn't take much for me to look too wide, if that makes sense?
I'm hoping to be a toned size 10 all over in the end.
I'm quite excited but nervous to weigh in tomorrow morning after several weeks of not weighing and bad diet and lack of exercise. I'll post my starting weight in the morning.LBM = 07/09/13 Debt = £13339 (100% cleared)

I saled to yesterday, bought quite a bit. Have large factory shop outlet nearby, then did the next and matalan sales, as well as tk max, am overspend but payday Wednesday and all on cc. Really pleased with buys as had size 10 dresses and tops and size 12 bottoms, which just feels amazing.
Have now more of a wardrobe which is brilliant. Have a bikini and I fully intend to wear, my theory has always been no one knows me so who cares. Although definitely will look better than last year's!
A sts for me too, but slowing down none and concentrating more on core than cardio with my exercise, with about half my classes now strength, but no change to time spent. Love it when the Wii makes the ideal happy noise!Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Well done HDK and Fmess on your new smaller clothes. I have bought quite a few pairs of jeans on ebay, they are all next tall range and I have saved a lot of money, I now have two bootcut pairs and 3 skinny pairs and one pair of cords all in size 12. The sizes do vary a bit even though they are all next, some are too tight at the moment but that's good as I want them to fit from Autumn time really.
Me and DH went running yesterday despite not feeling well, we both felt much better afterwards though. Today we will cycle assuming we don't have really heavy rain again, I think it's a bit dangerous cycling on the roads in heavy rain, you can't see so well, drivers can't see you as well and your brakes are affected too.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Morning all.
Had a bummer of a week my knee saw me out of class and grazing the cupboards, line drawn under this week and back to plan from tomorrow. I for one resisted the sales, did take a sneaky look at nexttho need to start thinking about my winter wardrobe as I have nothing smaller than a 14 and now a size 10 the downside of losing weight is losing the insulation I feel the cold a lot more then I did.

Yes fmess, loving it. Im at ugw now 10 1/2 but my lgw is 10 stone, so can't see that I'd be much physically smaller, Max a size so am happy to start building my wardrobe which is brilliant.
Must say I personally wasn't that impressed with next sale. I did better in matalan.
I agree tori, not looking forward to being cold.
Dolly, I ran this morning too, although treadmill in gym. Did 3mile in 30 mins but felt a bit light headed after so think may have overdone it, just drinking water now..Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

What a lovely day of nice but not too hot weather.
So the exercise starts tomorrow, I'm going to aim to get my steps in early before it gets too muggy and then have a day of cleaning planned and a class in the evening.

Hey all,
I'd like to join please! I'm a shortie and am only 5'2" and currently weigh 131lbs, I was 137 when I started to lose weight so 6 pounds so far! I always thought I was "just a bit tubby" and because I was well within my BMI thought I didn't really have much to worry about.. until I measured myself...
My tummy was over 35 inches which makes me "centrally obese" as I put all the weight straight on there...Two people in a month asked me if I was pregnant.. !
Am now determined to do something about this for good, and have set a start goal as 120lbs. I am doing the 5:2 diet on Mondays and Wednesdays and using My Fitness Pall to track my calories. Am trying to go to the gym 4-5 times a week, I mostly have been focusing on cardio but would love to learn how to lift but its so scary! Sadly through all this I have injured tendon in my right foot which means what I can do is a bit limited!0
