Hello, may I join you all please
I weight 70.40kg (11st 1.2054lb), wearing size 14 trousers, desperate to lose some inches off my bum!! Been fighting my sugar addiction for a while, haven't had any for nine days, then one bite led to a five day extreme sugar binge, now back on a track again. I am a pear shape, which I absolutely hate. Got no support around me, just a few jealous ladies who force feed me chocolate whenever I'm trying to diet. :rotfl:
So my aim would be to have tight bum and slimmer calves (awful genetics!). Ideally size 10 or smaller. If I achieve that, would post before & after pics.0 -

Yeah...although I did have some chocolate on my lunch!oh well, got 221 calories to have dinner with, won't get home until about 8pm so there's a lovely fruit salad in my bag if I get peckish (I have to eat really often because I'm out for 14 hours a day and I'd probably faint!)
Coeliac? My grandma was diagnosed with that a few years ago and found it so hard to find decent savoury foods! Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

Breakfast was cereal and toast (bring on payday and fruit and veg)
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: yep me too Fmess and then I discovered it is a 5 week month too!
Just been to aqua aerobics and then did a wee tour of the charity shops. Managed to get a really nice work blouse as I am quite short of mid length sleeve tops. I find them just right at work in the autumn. It is too hot to cycle or work today, but I have done a lot of house work and some work in the garden.

Ah poor you. I am like alcoholic on a bender when I get a bit of sugar too. I had a chocolate biscuit last Thursday and then ate through 2 packets by yesterday. Been ok so far today thankfully.

Hi Lulu & Blue Mango.
You sound like a woman with a plan Lulu and get to love those squats Blue Mango Im very pear shaped started at size 12/14 and 11.13LBS on Jan 6th now size 8/10 at 9.9.5 (I tend to add & lose 3lb depending on cake) Im really happy that this time I opted for HITT classes rather then just Cardio as for once I kept my boobs and slimmed down my thunder thighs im more in proportion.
Fmess save your money there the SW plan & recipes are all over the net if you fancy giving it a bash, if it wasn't for being at wits end with DH I wouldn't have joined. we live just outside a small village and you know what village life is like they help police DH :rotfl:

Argh, I lost another lb last week, but today the scales are telling me I've gained 2lb!!
Was not expecting that; I had fish and chips on Saturday but other than that I've been very good, stayed under my calories, and done some kind of exercise each day.

Oh no misty I hate it when that happens. I did a starting weigh in of 10st 1lb on Sunday but by yesterday the scales showed 10st 4lbs, grrr.
Welcome blue mango, I completely understand with regards to sugar. I adore chocolate, if you left me in Cadbury's World I'd eat all their chocolate as fast as they could make it.
lulu yes I'm coeliac. I'm fine with the normal gluten free bread and pasta etc but would just like a bit more variety.
prudent I love aqua aerobics but the one at my gym is awful so I don't go at the moment.

My Lord kettlebell's was brutal, me and DH were the only ones to turn up to class..everyone else had more sense. Will really be really questioning my sanity tomorrow... No yoga for me tomorrow the class is full so will stretch myself at home and head swimming after, 40 lengths and a steam0
