    Morning all.

Penny I eat when im hungry for ease I put B/L/T but it's very rare that I eat before 11am so skip out on the 3PM slump because I've tucked into lunch around 2pm.

I have to admit the legs, bums & tums was a fun class, circuits not so fun you know your in trouble when the first exercise is 50 burpees, kettlebells tonight for exercise

    Food today
Bfast 2 wmeal toast scrambled egg whites (on one) and clean HM strawberry jam (on the other) will use the egg yolks to make some clean mayo

Lunch Vegetable Lasagne/ Moussaka type dish, using cottage cheese and thin sliced courgettes instead of the pasta and bechamel sauce. (have no idea how this will turn out )with a tomato salad:D

Tea most likely soup depends how edible lunch turns out :rotfl:
    snacks fruit
    Have a great day everyone.

    Hi guys.

I went for my longest run to date last night, I went on one of my dog walking routes which takes an hour, I don't know how long it took to run but I enjoyed it and also did 900 skips when I got home.

Today I will cycle this evening.

I have had porridge for breakfast and half a cinnamon raisin bagel but other than that I have no idea what I will be eating today.

    Well done dolly :)

I was in a massive grump yesterday because I just wanted to eat everything that was unhealthy. I'm still a bit grumpy today but used a hypnosis app last night to help me visualise why I'm doing it.

Off to the gym in moment, weirdly I don't mind exercising (which I used to hate), it's the not eating the unhealthy foods that gets to me, or not being able to eat as much as I want.

    Hi all

Not been on here for a few days as I am suffering from an old Achilles problem which I am gutted about. Not sure why it has suddenly flared up but I know the only answer is complete rest for a couple of weeks then start back slowly.

This works out OKish because I am away next week and wont have much opportunity to exercise anyway. Its really frustrating though.

I am doing plenty of walking and trying to keep an eye on the diet but for now thats all I can do.:(

Hope you feel better soon Yorshirelass and it's a better day ahead Fmess.

Back to work for me today £500 lighter so I suppose I better show willing and start earning it back. feeling the kettlebell class this morning it's been squat heavy last couple of day's, yoga tonight why do I already know I will be spending most the class in a down face dog position :D

The cottage cheese lasgane thing was edible but lacking I didn't have any parmesan and didn't want to add cheddar and it needed the cheesy kick, will try it again at somepoint with parmesan.

    Food today
Bfast overnight oats (apple and cinnamon)
Lunch Egg and new potato salad
    Tea Carrot and chickpea soup
    Snacks plums&apple

    have a great day everyone

    blue mango - awesome result!:T

tori - hope the yoga helps with the squat-inflicted aches!

YORKSHIRELASS - hope your achilles heals quickly. There's still a ton of exercises you can do at home, that don't require your legs. But if total rest isbest, then do make sure you stick to that.

Fmess - well done on the garden work (not sure if you mentioned that here or elsewhere!). Have you tried telling yourself that in x days' time you can eat all you want, but for now you'll keep to the 'rules'? I've only recently been able to manage this!

dolly, your amount of exercise is huge! Wow!

I've done ZWOW #34. Ooph! I'm feeling the fact that I'm doing ZWOW workouts on alternate days + jumping jiggle free every day, and we're only 7 days into August!!

The scales, which promised so much a few days ago, have turned on me! Fickle scales! But I took measurements on Aug 1st, and reducing my butt is what I want to achieve.

Hello littlehope - I'd love my weight to start with the number 9...!

I have just smashed today's 10 veg target - in one meal! I've had green soup (7 veg) followed by tuna coleslaw (4 veg). Go me!
