Tori, what is your seed mix dressing?

I love the small tubs of wholefood salads from M and S and infrequently Waitrose.
The best ones have edamame beans.
Also known as soya beans. Anyone seen these in shops to cook, as the tubs are adding up to expensive!

Battenburg cake was calling me from its shelf yesterday, lol.. I ran from it.

I love Battenburg but avoid it, if nothing else think of what it is doing to your teeth:eek:.

I have been to the gym early doors today, I was the first one in at 9am. Did 20 minutes treadmill jogging, 2000m in 10 minutes on the rower, crunches, russian twists, then 10 minutes HIIT on the treadmill.

Will walk the pooch later then that is me done apart from the school run.

It's just a mix of flax, sunflower, sesame & coconut oil with and capsule of evening primrose oil, that I use as a base for most salad dressings I used to buy the udo's oil but it so expensive, it's goes a small way to increasing my omega EFA as I don't eat meat or fish ( a texture thing).

Marzipan is a weakness of mine i've actually eaten it from the block when baking so stay well clear also :o

Yoga tonight will make a welcome change from lifting weights.

Sorry I'm not around much at the moment. I have so much on at work and with the extra work I've taken on that I'm shattered, barely exercising and eating quick carb filled foods.

Hoping to slow down after the weekend. Well done on all your progress everyone!
